New ZealandThe advertisement should show the real pictures. Run down place. The room itself had a leaking toilet and despite they expressed they fixed it - it was not fixed. The breakfast which we paid for - was o my allowed to choose one main and that was it. Only tea - one small pot for breakfast and had to buy to more. When breakfast is paid of when booking is made than it at least tea and coffee should be free.
Nothing, disappointed as given the property was not clean.

Czech RepublicHotel is outdated, can’t see it on the listing photos. Towels were washed, but you can see that they are heavily used and are not white anymore. For this price you expect better service comparing to other parts of Bali. But probably Ubud is overpriced in general.
Awesome staff, nice garden, good scooters to rent, breakfast was ok.

RomaniaThis is not s 4 star accomodation. Pictures from booking.com are edited in photoshop. While the pool matched the online images, the rest of the property did not live up to the advertised standards. We encountered cleanliness issues such as walls needing repainting, unclean bathrooms, and discolored towels and sheets. Additionally, an unexpected visitor—a lizard—made our stay uncomfortable in the first night, making a noise every 15 minutes (trapped in the wood behind the bed). We had to find a new accomodation for the night and in the morning we went for a better location. Despite receiving a refund, there is significant room for improvement in the overall quality of the accommodation.

SingaporeIt is not clean: there is lime scale in the toilet, when we checked in, the bathroom was still full of black hair from the previous visitors, etc. The bottles with soap are not clean, boxes with other items are dusty, etc. The understanding of ‘clean’ is definitelly different in Bali compared to Europe.
The property itself is quite nice, well located and amenities are good. The room had nice furniture and decorated well, mosquito net was very useful.
