My partner and I stayed for 3 nights wishing it was longer. Stunning views, very clean, serviced daily and great facilities. The staff were excellent in every way. Great area. No problems with wifi, great there is no T.v though a great fridge for the icy cold beers in your room. Loved it.

I enjoyed the outdoor shower but it didn’t have warm water, no problem during the day but at night I found it very cold to shower. Toilet is also outdoors and not fully covered which meant sitting out in the rain. Breakfast pancakes were yummy but I did leave a little hungry

Property is very beautiful. The view over the pool looking out to the ocean with seaweed farms is probably the best view we saw on the whole island. A friendly cat was there to keep me company, another highlight of the place. Staff were kind. Great property for the price we paid.

Bedroom & bathroom kept very clean, bathroom spacious, linen clean. host was so patient and accomidating, organised my drivers for places I wanted to visit and dine in. The swimming pool area was clean also and such beautiful views. Breakfast, you get the choice of eggs (cooked your way) or pancakes. Mini fridge inside room, so great if you get drinks and fruits from down the road (4 min walk ) to their corner store and mama Mia's grill restaurant and more down that over looks the seaweed farm and another 10 min walk your at the yellow bridge! Overall, I loved how clean it was, and it didn't have a smell like most accommodations do due to the humidity.

Breakfast was very basic. Cleaning each day appeared to only consist of making the bed and clean towels. No surfaces were wiped down or cups washed. Water was not replenished without having to ask. No glasses provided only coffee cups.

Quiet location but still easily accessible to restaurants etc. Beautiful pool and view. Ayu was so helpful with transport and sightseeing.

We loved our stay here! The views were so beautiful from right outside our room, and the pool was the perfect place to relax in peace. All of the staff were all so helpful and kind, they helped us with a scooter rental which was easy and very appreciated :) and the banana pancake for breakfast was delicious! We want to come back and stay here again!

Permata was lovely. Incredibly friendly staff and very clean. I would recommend having a scooter if you plan on staying there. The road up is a little rough but totally drivable.

Like a lot of the accommodation on Lembongan, it is a longish walk to any restaurants or beaches. The access is up a hill and the road is not in good condition so to make the most of your stay here and save money on taxis, you need to hire a scooter or golf buggy. I had a fantastic time riding around the island on the scooter I rented through Bukit Permata but it's worth bearing in mind if you normally prefer walking.

The view and positioning on the hill was stunning. I was looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay and Bukit Permata is definitely perfect for this. Even with other guests staying I felt I had plenty of privacy. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Ayu and her family were wonderful and helpful hosts, communicating everything clearly and offering scooters to hire directly from the property. They even helped with ordering takeaway from nearby restaurants when I didn't feel like going out for dinner. The air conditioning in the room was great and the internet was flawless.

there were cockroach in the room ..... The access to the place is complicated as the road is really in a bad shape, if you have scooters you will see that at night there is no lights on the road and the taxi hotel are quite expensive.

Waking up here was our favourite part of the trip. The view is fantastic and there are lots of birds in the area to watch as you have your morning coffee. It’s a little bit out of the main areas, but to me that’s a good thing. We had a scooter and enjoyed the ride at the end of each day. The staff are lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at Bukit Permata! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and scooter hire was so easy. We loved where the villas were located - so peaceful and quiet! We woke up in paradise every day. The banana pancakes at breakfast were also yum! Such great value for money.

Great stuff, and awesome views from the bungalow. We rented a scooter direct at the accommodation. They made soup for us with the fish we caught. It was nice gesture.
