Amazing villa. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Everything as described in pictures and text as well as reviews. The location is ideal since you can basically walk to Ubud city within 5-10 min. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. BUT, the location is still quiet and calm and a bit hidden behind the busy Ubud life. Ubud walking tour center is close. You can book hiking tours and cooking classes nearby or with the host. Breakfast was delicious. The host was always available for information or extra services/help eg the kitchen was a bit too basic for our cooking plans so we asked some extra items which the host provided within no time. Worth every penny! We would come back here anytime!

It's not all new and flash, but we were using it as a base for exploring so it didn't really matter - and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Pool is a bit deep for younger kids - all one depth except for the steps.

Location was pretty good - central, but sometimes the one-way roads and traffic made it difficult to get back easily. The design overall was beautiful. It was reasonably priced and had everything we needed.

The host Wayan and his brother Bleet were great host. The room is clean and really nice. There’s a private pool. The place is really good because it is quite a distance from the busy and noisy city centre. Room is clean, bathroom with plenty of amenities. Most importantly, Wayan is very thoughtful and friendly. She replied to questions almost instantly.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

This was paradise. We had our own private pool, kitchen area, and so many tropical plants surrounding us. It was also super quiet, especially for being so close to the town center. The room was super clean, and the bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The host Wayan was Amazing and took care of everything we needed. It felt romantic and peaceful- I would totally recommend this place for a couple! We will definitely be back here. My favorite place that I have stayed in Ubud!

Wayan was the best part, she is such a kind and lovely person. Very helpful with everything, nice to have a point of contact especially if its your first time in Bali! Great place to relax and get away whole still being close to everything.

Just a couple of things. There needs to be just 1 full length shower curtain, currently 2 halves but they don't reach the bath. The patio door handle needs tightening up and by the pool the very small decking area needs replacing with new wood...extremely loose & slightly dangerous. They've put the sunbeds over to avoid accidents i guess but they'd be better over on the grass where they originally were. Also I'd say the quilt itself needs laundering. There is a rooster 🐓 too...if you don't mind that. Don't let this put anybody off, i wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Maybe more cutlery & cups would be useful too...we enjoyed our stay

Wayan who cleans and brings breakfast is a super lovely lady, very helpful & pleasant. The location is good, just off the main street in Ubud. The pool is lovely and much needed. A good local waring just outside called Lemongrass...highly recommend. Wayan is a delight...

Not an issue for us, but the shower is in the bathtub & the step into the shower is very high. This would be difficult for anyone less mobile.

Fabulous little villa in a very private spot. 10-15 min walk to be in the centre of Ubud. Lovely host and a wonderful garden. Great for a retreat-feeling while being very close to town.

If you have a phobia of bugs please be careful, there are many in the garden. But, this is normal in Bali.

The only thing I think might work here would be a ceiling fan. Sometimes you just don’t want the air con on but still want air movement at night. It’s not a huge problem.

Location is close to everything yet far enough away to have peace. Pool was the hero and it was super clean. Staff are just wonderful. When you arrive walk down the long drive way to the villa. I thought it was the gate on the street but it’s right down the back. If you want a quiet space that’s a little bit of paradise stay here.

Absolutely fantastic property, host and stay. Was greeted by the hosts, who were lovely; they helped me carry in my bags and gave me useful information about the local area. Property itself was stunning; a lovely private pool within completely self-contained grounds. Lovely breakfast delivered at whatever time suited me. Really great and immediate communication via Whatsapp (to give my choice of breakfast etc). There was an outdoor kitchen next to the pool, with fridge etc, sun-loungers etc. Bedroom was great too, a really luxurious feel Highly recommended in every way

Maybe a bit scary to walk to the villa in the nights, but we mostly took Grab.

Property was very well maintained and clean with all facilities needed. Walking distance from all major restaurants and Ubud market. Wayan is an excellent host, very friendly and happy soul. She responds in few seconds as you WhatsApp her and is at your door with the needed service. Really enjoyed staying here!! Just the kind of private villa we wanted

Loved everything about this place. It's in a nice quiet location but convenient to downtown Ubud. The host was phenomenal - I was sick for a good chunk of my stay and she went above and beyond to make sure I was alright. The pool and waterfall wall are sooo relaxing!

Beautiful stylish villa about 5 minutes walking to Ubud main road, where you find tons of restaurants, coffee shops and shops. Big, clean and very private pool. Outdoor huge bathroom is a great addition. Wayan is a nicest host I have ever met. Smooth communication from the moment you made your reservation. Very warm welcome in the villa. If you plan a trip (Ubud or anywhere else), speak to Wayan to arrange a friendly with her driver. We spent with him nice day exploring Bali, his knowledge of the area surprised me. And the price was very reasonable. We had a great time in Wayan's place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Wayan 😄

The pool wasn‘t super clean the first day (was good the last days), and there‘s only a small fridge in the sleeping room, not in the kitchen. Also they could just provide some coffee and/or tea in the kitchen. But those are details.
