We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Especially the personal was really nice. All in all I had a fantastic stay in Bunk B&B. If I come to Jogja again I will surely pay them a visit. Thanks for the service :D

The staff is very helpful, the check in and check out process was smooth. I like the location of this place because it’s near the tourism place in city center. The room is clean and comfy, they also have sharing kitchen so I can make instant noodle by myself. Overall is good.
