Breakfast could be better. Service was good except once when they took a while to open slow draining toilet. Not a biggie.

Excellent staff and upscale new property. Excellent views from 11 th floor.

We only had 2 bath towels, we requested for 2 hair towels, since we were with two small kids, but they said it is not in accordance with their policy.

Sparkling clean and super comfortable room. Great WiFi for working and also Telcomsel signal was excellent inside the room and the lobby.

Nice hotel, very clean, good buffet breakfast. We ordered a massage with room service and it was cheap and really nice. The staff is very kind.

The rooms facing the slum-like area have windows that do not block any noise. As the mosque next door starts broadcasting prayers through loudspeakers at around 4am for roughly 1,5 hours every night, sleeping comfortably isn't really an option. The staff seems to know about it but didn't really care when we brought it up but just laughed and said "yes, yes"

The ventilation needs improvement as the room felt stuffy at times especially the bathroom. It’s also disappointing that they were not accommodated/prioritise us our requests for non smoking room..as we already requested in advance since we are staying with kids). With poor air circulation , we can smell smoke cigarettes along the coordinator goes to our room. it made us feel uncomfortable and hardly sleep.

The design and decor are modern and inviting. newly built.

Our Room Wasn’t clean.The floor of our room was covered with a hair from previous guests. It is definitely not the best part of Jakarta.

The staff - from the check in counters, to the restaurant, and to the cleaners, are in need of better training. 1) I corresponded with the hotel in advance about early check-in given that my flight lands earlier than their standard check in hours, and was informed that early check-in at my requested time will be subject to an additional fee and based on availability, which was fine with me. We arrived at the hotel, and the front desk was surprised that we had wanted to check in early. I reminded them of my correspondence, and they replied by saying that the hotel is full at the moment, and to come back at 130pm. We went off, and later returned at the said time, only to wait a further hour for rooms to be ready. Several other families were waiting in the lobby. We were then handed keys with no indication about where and when breakfast will be served everyday, about WiFi access, etc. There really was no element of service in that check-in experience alone. 2) On one day, we headed out early and returned to rest at around 2pm, to discover that our room was being cleaned. The housekeeping team had nothing to say and appeared surprised, so we excused ourselves while they finished with their work. At least some communication would have been appreciated. 3) We headed to the in-house restaurant - the crew also appeared surprised that there are patrons outside of breakfast service. Most items from the menu they provided, were not available, so we settled for two glasses of iced tea. Come time for payment, we headed to the counter for payment and we were instead asked by the staff to let him know the items that we ordered.... Seriously? Breakfast was decent tasting but severely lacking in variety - you're better off opting for a stay without breakfast and head out elsewhere.

Considering that the rooms are new, nicely decorated, and very clean, the price per night is really value for money.

Loved the room, the facilities, and the staff. Very conveniently located in Tanah Abang with the shopping at walking distance. The room was very clean with a clean bathroom and good facilities. Breakfast was really good.

request my breakfast take away : inappropriate to give to guest rice, half chicken wing, some vegetables and mineral bottle, untidy box. I think i will get a piece of fruit and juice maybe. Anyway thank you !
