IndiaWe were shifted to Cakra Kusuma, for renovation work or any other reason ? A/C wasn't working . Doors in bad condition due to wetness may be. DIDN'T TAKE COGNIGENCE OF ROOM CHANGE REQUEST. Ladies staff commenting on us from the counter. No help to carry baggages. Limited fruits served in the breakfast.
