It’s too expensive

Initially our room was on the third floor. However, the steps to the 3rd floor were very steep and a little dangerous as some of the steps were broken. We relocated to a Garden View Room but we had to pay extra. Property could also do with some repairs as it is looking a little tired.

The staff were excellent in particular Suki was very helpful, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. She made sure my husband had Gluten-Free toast with his breakfast each morning. We were also able to request a late checkout as our flight home wasn't departing until the evening.

Perfect location, very friendly & attentive staff. They made my grandsons birthday very special with cake for breakfast & fun room decoration. Spacious room but getting a little tired. B Bed & bedding very comfortable. Humidity in the room, even with air-conditioning made the tiled floor dangerously slippery. Would stay again. Pros outway the cons.

Great selection for breakfast. Clean large pool. Second pool overlooking ocean, great views. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Great location on beach in Legian with everything you need at your doorstep. 5 star facilities. Highly recommend.

Suci and Anita were helpful with everything. The breakfast was really good. Food and cocktails excellent. Massage by Ashee - was amazing. Will definitely return.

Like most of it. Thought the menus were a bit constrained in variety but food we had was good quality. Small point, but the space allocated to the charity, off the foyer, had no product to buy. Not much point having it if you cant support it

Hotel in great location. Close to shops and beach and at a great price. Our room was ground floor near pool. Pool was warm and clean and great length. Staff were lovely. Many seemed quite new but all giving their best.

No shade over the main pool. A shade sail over a section would be great.

We have stayed here several times. Great location, amazing and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. Any issues in your room they are quick to fix. Overall great place to say and I believe value for money.

The rooms are comfortable as we had a pool side room. In the bathroom the plugs in the sink kept jamming closed and maintenance needed to unjam them. The air conditioner leaked water constantly so we had a bathmat on the floor. The TV in room works but the internet is poor if you want to screen mirror it won't work. There are lots of steps every where which is ok if you don't have a disability. They do have rooms on the ground floor but you still have to navigate the steps.

I loved the location, Legian is central on the coast between Kuta and Seminyak. The staff were very attentive to our needs and quick to rectify any concerns nothing was too much trouble and always greeted you with a big smile and remembered your name. Breakfast buffet was excellent catering to different needs. We were celebrating a birthday and wedding anniversary and our room was decorated to celebrate the occassion. That said we were charged extra for the attention. The pool was always clean and gardens immaculate. Bit on pricy side but we will definitely stay there again.
