There is a little problem in the shower switch. But I still can handle it. There is a small pest inside the bathroom. Didn't disturb but should be cleaned better.

The room is big, very nice. The rate is very affordable. The location is excellent. There is nice satay food in front of the hotel till late at night. Economical but good taste.

The smells like rotten furniture plus there many is small cockroaches at my bed floor. The furniture is all small and the room already turn yellowish.

The location is at the city and easily accessible to the city, famous for bakery shop. The location is superb.

- Towel can’t make the body dry. It looks too old. - Room doesn’t not clean. - No facilities. - Breakfast can’t serve on time. The staff said that it will be start on 6:00AM. I booked on 6:30AM and asked many times. They can’t get it.

A lot to be desired, it could do with a bit of attention on cleanliness and upgrading of some room facilities. The bedsheet has stained on it, the bathroom shower was broken, the toilet water was clogged and the flushes was slow...the buttons on the elevator could be serviced as some were broken, as well.as.the parking could use more lighting

I got a room with toilet problem and air condition problem. Room was hot. Water pressure was horrible and. bed sheet was almost brown when its supposed to be white. Never again.

1.small coacroach in both room( i booked for 2 rooms)..even in the minibar! 2. The coffee for breakfast in restaurant is cold..no staff attending for our need. In fact i have to look for the sugar myself..it was put in the bowl , not properly cover and it was put at the lowest rack very close to the floor!!! The egg station close everyday! I stayed for 5 days! There is no tv channel guidance in the room and the display also not clear. No iron. I think that it is all basic needs of the guest in every hotel. Please do some changes to win your guest's heart.

Facilities were below expectations. Breakfast was very very limited. Pool looked deserted and dark. Never saw anyone there. Rooms were modest, many things run down (sink had a crack that was never fixed, water wouldnt drain from the sink, sewer flies in the sinks, shower not hot in the morning, carpets stained and torn, never look under the bedsheets or you wont be able to sleep).

Staff was friendly and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to help where they could. The rooms were not dirty (but also not super clean). Breakfast was available on site, albeit limited.

The room was huge and the hotel offered many additional services like pool and karaoke. We also had to leave early in the morning and the staff was so kind to pack us the breakfast for take away (it was delicious by the way)
