Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Quick check-in and run through our breakfast requirements, which are included in the price per night. The room was bright, clean, and very modern. The been was super comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. Thank you for a short but lovely stay.

Just a small quibble, the wifi was a bit weak at times but I still managed to watch some videos and do my daily tasks.

This is a beautiful little hotel. There are a few rooms but this is what makes it so charming. The staff is very helpful and nice. And the decoration is tastefully done. You have to choose the breakfast in advance but it is all very testy and quite artfully presented. Pro tip: Do try the mie goreng. If I'm ever back in Ubud, I'll definitely come back.

For us a door / glass between the room and the WC would have been a plus. We were aware of the openness but did underestimated that there is only a curtain between the bed, the WC and the shower.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and beautifully decorated room and accommodation. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed having breakfast by the pool, surrounded by the calm and peaceful atmosphere. The location is great—just a 25-minute walk to central Ubud or 10 minutes by scooter. Scooters can conveniently be rented directly through the staff, which made getting around even easier. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Honestly, I am such a picky person and I cannot fault this place. I don't think I have ever said that about a hotel before. And I travel monthly, sometimes multiple hotels each month depending on location for work/travel.

I travel often, and this hotel was just an all round winner! Stunning hotel - aesthetically pleasing, great location, spotlessly clean, delicious breakfast, but the two gentlemen who are there basically all day everyday, are just phenomenal. One guy is called Wyan, himself and the other guy are so pleasant, friendly and hardworking. I travel with my toddler, which at times can be difficult, and they were always looking out for me. Making sure we got transport when needed, help my daughter up and down stairs, and always making her feel welcome with a friendly smile and high 5 when passing. I also want to mention as I am an extremely picky person - I LOVE walking around my home barefoot, but can never when travelling due to the lack of proper cleaning - we walked around our room barefoot and it was literally spotless. They know how to properly clean, and my goodness was it appreciated! When booking here I actually was slightly skeptical as there was so many 10/10 reviews and I have had my fair share of hotels catfishing me, but Casa Art deserves every single full marks rating.

My room was in a lower floor without proper windows. There were windows but they were small.and weren't enough to make the room bright.

Little bit noisy outside the doors. Could do with better sound proofing but it didn't disturb my sleep. Garden could have more plants and cover up the view of the other property. I did a massage before my flight and it was lovely expect the products were not of good quality and left me with irritated skin. Please check up on that with your external massage provider.

Loved how well decorated the hotel was. Modern, clean, classy and the rooms sizes- Wow! Incredibly big. It was well equipped for what I needed and the bathroom is lovely and big. Breakfast was yummy and the staff, super friendly. Was great to meet the owners too.

The facilities were lacking, no real atmosphere and staff weren’t around. Didn’t feel like a place to hang out around the pool during the day as you couldn’t get drinks or food from the accommodation, and breakfast/coffee wasn’t great

Limited vegan breakfast options. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere and it all feels a bit unfinished - there isn’t the option to order additional food or drinks throughout the day to have around the pool, so it felt more like a base to come back to just to sleep and change.

Such a beautiful room, everything feels fresh and new and it was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and helpful with check in and organising a scooter for us. A few minutes ride out of the main center so the area itself is quieter and away from the crowds which we liked.

Sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the sewage in the bathroom area.

I absolutely loved my stay there! This was my third hotel to try in Ubud, and by far it was my favorite. I booked a Dulex King Studio and it was spacious enough for my husband and I and our four suitcases. The rooms we’re getting cleaned every day while we’re out, we would come back to a sparkling clean room. The breakfast was also decent. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful! On our last day we were leaving before breakfast time and they managed to make us breakfast early before we leave. I would definitely stay there again.

We had the biggest room with balcony. And we found tea cups on the table but no water heater. (maybe they try to keep interior super minimal). So we took a water heater from the bar downstairs.

Everything is very new and stylish. Bed is super comfortable. Pool area is cozy, water in pool is not too hot. Surroundings are calm. Very easy to reach the center of Ubud. The stuff is incredibly friendly but not too intense. You have to wait a bit for a hot water in shower but that was not a problem. So we took a risk by booking this new hotel but it was worth it 100percent. We enjoyed our time here as it was our last days in Bali.

We were a little skeptical at first because of the few reviews, but it turned out that the hotel was brand new - and what a discovery it was! The hotel is incredibly beautifully decorated, with an eye for detail that is rare to find. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and personally took care of everything, which made our stay very pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. As for the location, it is ideal if you have a scooter. You can reach everything you need within 10-15 minutes, which allowed us to fully appreciate the beauty of Bali without being stuck in the hustle and bustle of the major tourist spots. Overall, our stay at this boutique hotel was one of the best experiences we have had on our travels. For anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Bali, this hotel is a top recommendation!

Nothing. One of the best stays I've had in Ubud.

Wonderful place. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Accommodation has the perfect location as it's only a few minutes from Ubud center. Enough restaurants within walking distance. So close to everything but peaceful and quiet. The overall look of the place is clean and spacious. Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Beds are comfortable and AC works without noise. Breakfast options are there and the quality of the breakfast is good. Plus the patio has a nice view of a small rice terrace and pool. Would recommend to stay here. Great value for money.
