Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

No AC. A little hot at night, but not too bad. There’s a ceiling fan above the bed.
Very clean, easy walking distance to the harbor, and good breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the room was great for the night. The room had everything I needed including a desk and comfortable, large. The location is great and it’s a perfect place to stay for a night before getting the ferries from Padang Bai

The bathroom was a bit minimalist.
The owner is super nice and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is good with a nice view. The view from the balcony is good. The location is nice to take the boats. Lots of storage

Lovely staff and decent breakfast! 😊 Great location close to the harbourside. Very basic room with a fan but no aircon and it's quite run down, but there is a fridge inside the room. The low price of the room is the same as its quality. However, staff is super friendly and they are so lovely people. Also the breakfast area on the rooftop is so beautiful!! Overall, one night stay for an early morning ferry can meet my expectation :)

The stairs were pretty steep for my elderly mother in law but the staff were so accommodating and even offered to bring our breakfast and coffee to our room! And I believe there are rooms on the ground floor too.

Place is a little old, not dirty just old. But with supporting them there is alot of potential in the place!
Really close to the harbour. Walking distance to fast ferry! Also really kind staff that allowed us to keep baggage in hotel while we were in Lombok. Breakfast is really good!

We were so warm at night in the fan room. It would have been fine if we could get some cool air from the outside with a screened door or something but it would have let mosquitoes in.
We loved the location, the free breakfast was awesome, the dining area has a great view, the room was huge and with a balcony, and the staff was nice.

There were a few insects crawling around as it was clearly not closed of entirely the room, which was a bit shit. But for 1 night it was fine
Location was great as it was a stay just for 1 night before going to Lombok by ferry. Facilties were okay, nothing too crazy. It was quite clean.

Struggled to find the property. Perhaps a nice big sign by the gate would be helpful

Very friendly family, awsome breakfast. Spacious budget frendly room. Hot shower. Great for staying few days to explore blue lagoon from the shore and amazing white sand beach with turtles and good warungs.. Good location. Also black beach is near.

There was a few bugs but think more due to location and how hot it was. Still very clean.
