I am really happy about your from office staff and they know how to treat the guest. Definitely my next trip I will book with hotel. The main advantage is from the airport it’s 25 minutes drive and very close to city centre.

Lots of mosquitoes so it's not comfortable to relax on the hotel terrace and restaurant, except indoors. The room atmosphere is gloomy, probably due to the choice of wall color. The tap water in the bathroom is a little clogged and runs small.

The location of the hotel is close to the largest mall in Surabaya, a distance of about 800 meters on foot. Near the hotel there is a mini market that is open 24 hours, so it is easy to find sudden needs. Around the hotel there are restaurants. Bedroom space is spacious. The bed is quite comfortable. Facilities and equipment in the bedroom are quite complete.

Is located in a nice area, only mins walk to Tunjungan plaza, and the coffee street! There is a nice bar : Lucy in the sky is around the corner, only 3 mins walk!

I was given a smoking room because I have requested higher level room but not stating 'non-smoking'. As a result I was welcomed by smokes from a bunch of smoking ladies hanging out at the floor lobby.

First walking in, I started to like the interior of the frontdesk. What's more the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location. It's near Tunjungan Plaza, and around the hotel there's plenty roadside food stall. It's also near to McDonald's, KFC, and much more. The staffs were great and very helpful. Breakfast is good also. Definitely will stay again.

I didn't like that the window was broken so you could hear from the outside because of the gap.

- The room stinks at first when we checked in, maybe it was not aired for quite a while, we bought fabric spray from nearby supermarket to spray the carpet. - the toilet has foul smell as well, the sewage smell is strong. - The buffet dinner was so so, the pizza, please skip it, we waited for 50mins and it wasn't even passable. - the aircon will drip water ...

- The bed is very comfortable, the pillows were just nice in terms of thickness and hardness. - The location is good. - the restaurant serve good chilli!

It is time to invest into new bedsheets and towels as the current ones are no more fresh and white.

The personnel is very nice and helpful, spa was great. As we had early flight, they prepared breakfast boxes for us with tasty sandwiches.

• the telephone is not working. Thus, Im not able to order food and call for other services etc. They try to rectified the issue but failed. And I wasn't transfered to a new room.

the front desk need to train more regarding the forgot to ask the payment from from me and they as the day after Iam check in, the should more detail regarding about that, and the other one the aircon is leaking
