I really enjoyed my time at Chakra Living Ubud. It's located in the heart of of the city and walking distance to quite a few of the city's sites and restaurants. In addition, the staff were excellent and exceeded my expectations.

I didn’t sleep well, there was a constant noise from something sounding like a generator. There was also a light that didn’t go off all night. There are also a few huge steps from the street, not ideal if you have mobility issues Another small thing is the lack of space to put your items, there are no shelves- so clothes were kind of being Hund on the bath tub. Another thing to consider- the toilet had no door, so if you are travelling with someone, you won't have the privacy- it was fine for me as I travelled solo

The property was very central, the rooms huge, the design beautiful, the pool just outside the room, breakfast huge, the staff were very nice and helpful- they help me with my suit case all the way to the road.

One of our rooms was quite close to the reception area, so sitting on the balcony wasn't very private. I would request a room on the other end next time.

The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious and a lovely design. The huge tub is amazing. It is a great location in the centre of Ubud but also a short walk to some nice walking trails and rice fields. A nice breakfast.

Located in the heart of Ubud, Chakra was convenient for restaurants and attractions, especially the Café Lotus which was literally just around the corner. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Chakra living Ubud exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. The shower had great water pressure and the bath was huge. Our bed was firm but we love a firm bed so not a problem for us. The mini bar was stocked and our rooms were cleaned and made up daily. The pool area and gardens were beautiful and being so close to the popular cafe lotus and Saraswati temple you can hear and see the traditional Balinese dancing/music from the balcony. The location is perfect - just around the corner from Ubud palace and a 30 second walk takes you to the bustling Ubud street. Being so close to town it is surprisingly so peaceful and quiet - you can’t hear any of the street noise. It was our daughters 21st birthday whilst staying at chakra living. I informed staff and they surprised her with a personalised birthday cake at breakfast and when we returned from our morning outing her bed was decorated with happy birthday, folded towel figurines, red rose petals and roses. The bath was also filled and red rose petals in the bath. The breakfast was substantial with freshly squeezed juices, tea/coffee and a range of meal options. No lunch or dinners yet but I was told it’s happening soon but with being so close in town the restaurant and local warung options are endless. The staff were amazing on our stay, so accomodating and friendly - nothing was an issue or problem. I highly recommend chakra living Ubud - it was sensational.

It was central to everything. The only thing wrong was no cover on windows so the morning light came in.

My room had a weird musty smell which wouldn’t go away and there isn’t an area to properly sunbathe by the pool. Also, there isn’t any proper separation between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom, which was ok for me travelling alone but might be an issue if you’re with 2 people

Amazing location, beautiful spacious room with an amazing bathtub, the staff was very kind and the breakfast was delicious! Despite of being next to the palace, it was quiet.
