It was not convenient to move around in the room including the toilet and shower area. There are no towel hooks or racks in the toilet which was not at all convenient. There is no storage facility for clothes and the open wardrobe is an eyewash.

Amenities provided were excellent. Cleaning and housekeeping was good.

The hotel is quite a distance from the main area, but this didn't bother us as we enjoyed the peace and had a scooter to get to all the action if we needed to.

Great little hotel with great staff. Rooms were comfortable and provided everything you needed. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was great, and the pool was also lovely. Would definitely stay again if I were to return to the area

A short stroll out of main town center, but all the better for it! A real retreat from the madness that is Ubud. Exceptional staff who really go out of their way. They even made us an early breakfast to take away on the morning of our departure. Totally recommend!

Very calm and quiet, and clean. Decent service and facility for the price! Although it’s a bit far from the central of Ubud, it’s still walkable and easy to get by grab. They have a smart tv in a room.

If I had to be fussy - our shower door didn’t close fully therefore a bit of water would go into the room but it wasn’t an issue at all! Cannot fault anything else!

We loved our stay at Chandi Hotel! The room was just as displayed in the photos, it was really lovely! The A/C worked great and we were so happy to have a room with a fridge! It had a big balcony (we had a room upstairs) the swimming pool was great, really clean and plenty of lounging areas around it. The staff were fantastic here too. Such amazing value for money!! It’s a little bit North from the main town but there are still convenience stores and cafes / restaurants around. Definitely doable walking to the main town but if you ride a scooter then you’ll get there in less than 5 minutes 😊

The place is exactly the same as the photos. Not really center of ubud but if u have motorbike, that’s no problem. It’s in the alley, not very dark but the outside road is a bit dark at night but no scary at all 🤣 i enjoyed 3 nights here. Would definitely come back

Superb friendly staff, good location walkable coffee shop, restaurant and mart. The only thing that matter is the smell coming from the sink below the shower room but they also have this spray on wall, I noticed it is automatically spray every 8am in the morning so it's good

I highly recommend! beautiful hotel with a swimming pool, everything was neat and clean. The service was very nice, smiling and helpful. I haven't met such kind people for a long time! The distance from the center is short. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning. There was also an equipped kitchen and refrigerators where you could prepare your own meals. A great hotel that I can recommend to anyone!

This hotel is a gem. The staff were amazing, so helpful. The room was the cleanest I have stayed in Bali. The pool area is lovely, location is nice and quiet, there are some lovely cafes around and I was also able to go for a walk (which is very hard on the roads in Bali). Would highly recommend this hotel! It was a perfect stay.

Amazing experience staying here! Room was very very clean, bed comfortable, pool cooled down. We also rented scooters from the hotel and price was very good. Hotel place is also exelent because you can reach reastaurants and sightseeing places just in a few min by scooter. All in all, only good words about our stay here!
