We had really relax time at resort ! Exceptional services! Especially speedy response in WhatsApp , make our communication really easy. Also resort provide me customized fruit per my request , really sweet and flexible ! I had my best SPA in my life too! Amazing food too!Highly recommend this place!

Well there are few things I think need lil improvement. Especially the room lightening near mirrors , it is so dark we couldn't see clearly. The sealing of doors can be improved using rubber/silicon lining, we had lil gecko at night roaming around. This one is personal preference but I think the mattress was too soft, I was having back pain next day.

Just marvelous.... Beautiful property. Well maintained, beautiful location in Ubud. We were comfortably able to explore Ubud as this one is in a central location. The room itself was very big and comfortable. After roaming the whole day it was always great to relax in the private pool. I have travelled a lot but never met staff this polite and welcoming. Beautiful people... Although it is in a jungle, we didn't have any mosquitoes or bugs issue in private pool or in room. Pro tip: bring mosquito repellent for Ubud area in general.

Great hotel 😍 they are so much into detail. Staff is amazing… the food, the spa are exceptional! Best massage and pedi ever!! The villa with the pool is big and very well decorated, clean, A/C was working to perfection. Will definitely come back ❤️

Pls provide port's to charge hp

Food and service was amazing.. Even though the hardware of the room could have been better...for eg they should have provide direct ports to charge hp (the round local plugs made it impossible to insert international adaptor. ) but the attentiveness and hospitality that was shown by the staff made us forget the flaws. Want to specially compliment Dodik , who made us feel welcome and looked after. And not forgetting the driver Wayan that offered to druve us to Camphuhan ridge walk when he heard we were going there.. Lovely food and plating.. with actually cheaper prices than other resorts. Even tho the price may seem above average.. but what u get is above average too. Highly recommended! We will be back!

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Great atmosphere, nice resort, great people and really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurants. Massage was great too. Didn't want to step out of the resort 3 out of 4 days at Chapung Sebali.

It was hot and humid and the air conditioning in our room (which had twin beds in a loft area) was not effective in cooling the upstairs part even when we kept it blasting the whole day and night.

The breakfasts were amazing with so many choices and delicious food and a highlight for my 18 and 14yr old boys! The pool was lovely and many hours were spent in it. It was not very crowded when we visited in February. On our first night there we were lucky to experience a dance show and special feast at the main restaurant. The staff everywhere in the resort were friendly, polite and helpful. The free shuttles to and from the city center were super useful.

There was nothing we disliked. We wished we had stayed a day or two longer!

Everything about this resort was exceptional. It was, hands down, the most luxurious place we have ever stayed. The pool, views, and amenities were exceedingly comfortable and beautiful. As design oriented individuals, it was clear the resort had been designed with comfort as well as beauty in mind (other places we've been have highlighted design at the expense of functionality and comfort). The meals were surprisingly filling and delicious with ample options and the spa pampered us with an impressive massage. Our room was comfortable and a pleasure to be in, but the outdoors were too beautiful to stay in. While a touch removed from Ubud center it was a quick ride in and there was a beautiful, long hiking path one could take from the resort to the center. This was lovely for those like us who wanted to be outdoors as much as possible. On our last evening, we sat out on the balcony to take in the sounds and the view. A sudden downpour was incredibly relaxing to watch and listen to from the dry comfort of the balcony. A truly impressive venue for relaxation, romance, or both. We have already recommended it to several folks planning trips to Ubud/Bali in the coming months.

Perfect place for a break from noisy life by being among quite villages full of family temples and rice fields while being in a nature filled resort. I personally recommend going around by bicycle or motorcycle.

Loved the elegant architecture and furnishings of the room. The staff was very receptive to all our requests and queries and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The morning breakfast was also exquisite. Will definitely book a stay again whenever we visit Ubud.

Nothing!!!!!!

This hotel exceeded my every expectation. I have never stayed at better hotel. Amazing Bali/Asia meets Scandinavian design, gardens are beautiful, pool area is large and didn’t get crowded in pool even though it is open for outside guests, staff always attending out for our every need, food was exquisite - everyhing we ordered was an oooh aaaah. The just as amazing breakfast is served a la carte - where one normal and one sweet option is included, but also with a fresh buffet. We used the hotel shuttle to Ubud and also had the same driver Tana take us on the half day Journey for your soul excursion - with rise fields, temple, jungle swing, coffee tasting and waterfall, which was a perfect way to explore a lot in short time and with full service and guide along the way. SPA was in line with all of the above. We extended our stay and didn’t really want to leave. When we left to travel home we forgot our passports got super fast and safe help from the hotell sending it to us where we were at. We recommend at least 5 days here.

A bit expensive to have dinner at the hotel. However, free shuttle service to Ubud is offered so that is a good option.
