Each and every one of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always friendly and helping immediately with anything. Beautiful hotel with garden and 2 pool areas. Staff did everything to support the guests. Our daughter celebrated her birthday and cake was ordered and presented in the restaurant on-site. I would return for sure!!!

I stayed at Chesa Canggu for 10 days as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, and the staff made me feel welcome and cared for. A special shoutout to Leo and Ariana for going above and beyond—they were always attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making my stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The restaurant staff was outstanding, delivering exceptional service every day. The chef even came out personally to ask for feedback, ensuring everything was perfect—a rare and thoughtful touch that made dining there feel special. What truly stood out was the care I received when I got sick during my stay. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to check on me, offering help and making sure I was okay. Traveling solo, this kind of hospitality meant the world to me. An amazing experience from start to finish. The warmth, attention to detail, and genuine kindness from the team made this place feel like home. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Canggu. Location was near the beach and other facilities as well. Overall we had an amazing stay. The staff were helpful and courteous from the moment we arrived, until our departure from the property. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you would require. The pool, gym and lounge were very well maintained and just beautiful. We coudldn't have asked for more. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff who always went out of their way to help us no matter how big or small our requests were. We also appreciate being able to hang around the pool and lounge while waiting for our transport after checkout.

The room was extremely clean, the staff were sooo so friendly and nice. They also recommended me places to go and helped me with tips to get around! Great location as well, all beach clubs were literally 10 mins away!

Would have liked a bed and breakfast option as the food was good. A bedside table and a reading light, as well as better storage for clothes would have been very welcome too. The road outside the hotel is narrow and busy with traffic, so a little hazardous to walk anywhere.

The hotel is a beautiful serene environment and we had a lovely ground floor room over looking one of the pools. The air conditioning was wonderful in the room, and we enjoyed lovely food and drinks. All the staff were incredibly gracious at all times. The hidden gem was the beautiful lounge on the first floor next to the gym.

Place was very clean, organised and fresh. Staff were lovely, very helpful and kind. The room was good size, ammenities were great and beds were comfortable. The pool was crystal clear and there is two of them which is didn’t even realise before arrival. If I was to choose again, I’d choose here.

We genuinely could not have asked for anything more from our holiday. From beginning to end, the staff were incredibly accommodating and ready to help with any request we had. The food at the on-site restaurant was amazing, and staff were happy to bring it to the pools or the rooms. The rooms were re-done every day and always pristine, the two pools are gorgeous and truly feel like tropical paradise. The hotel is 5 minutes away from a bunch of restaurants as well as the beach. There's a great gym on-site and another excellent gym within 7-minute walking distance. Despite the location being in a very touristy area, the hotel is super quiet. Would definitely book again.

My friend and I stayed here for a little over a week last month, and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, walking distance from heaps of great places but also well known from Grab drivers when we wanted to venture further out. It was also always quiet, we rarely heard noise off the Main Street and the pool area was always peaceful. The staff were so friendly and always happy to see you. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone.

There was nothing l did not like.

l found the hotel to be just perfect in decoration location and comfort. l will stay there again for sure. No children, it seemed to be for singles or couples. A lovely swimming pool with beautiful gardens. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops so close by that you can walk to if you are looking for this. The shower was fantastic, and the coffee at the front restaurant was also brilliant.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

Loved everything about this property but I would have to say the staff make it such a memorable experience. They are so attentive and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and shops but also tucked away in that you couldn’t hear any noise. Room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Also felt very safe with security on the outside.
