Staff were great and the rooms were above expectation. Near the beach (not a good beach) full of bars etc.

Extremely friendly and professional staff that instantly made us feel comfortable. Chesa Canggu also arranged for our airport taxi pick up prior to our check-in. Excellent location; minutes away from cafes, restaurants and beach. Very clean rooms, pool is also very nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Canggu.

Did not hear a peep from the busy street but it was close enough to plenty of restaurants/shops/bars and super close to the beach. The staff were super helpful and pleasant and rooms were spacious and clean.

The phone didn't seem to work (unable to dial out to the reception) at times.

We came down with Bali belly and the hotel restaurant staff was very helpful and fixed up chicken porridge (not on the menu) for us. Convenient location, about a 8-10 mins walk to Batu Bolong beach, and 3 min walk to the 24 hour Prastha emergency clinic. The room was very clean, comfortable and included a hairdryer and free one-time mini bar. There are two similar looking pools in the resort which was quaint.

The absolute BEST spot in Canggu.. actually, in Bali. I was so impressed by every detail at Chesa. The staff were all so lovely, accommodating and super detail-oriented, the room was fantastic, the linens, the towels, THE PILLOWS!! The food was delicious! There is not one thing I'd change.. other than staying longer. Much longer!

By far the best place to stay at in Canggu! Everything was perfect! The property was extremely clean, the staff were great and hotel is walking distance from beach and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is also very nice and would 100% recommend going. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Beautifully done hotel , rooms were lovely , beds very comfortable. 2 pools , close to everything within walking distance. The restaurant onsite is very good … had the most delicious tenderloin steak there !! Would definitely stay again !

Very nice, clean and quiet place to stay with lots of nice spots around. 5 min walk to Batu Bolong and many nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and it's a pleasure just to walk around, especially around the pool and reception area. It is close to all the busy spots, but far enough off the main street so that there was no noise disturbing the pleasant atmosphere.

Beautiful modern hotel in a great location. 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. 2 great swimming pools. Very friendly staff who helped us organise a driver to our next destination in Ubud.

The hotel is new, and in a great location. There are two pools, so there is always enough room on the sun loungers (you don't have to worry about people reserving them). Every room has a view of the pool which gives it a nice feel. The staff are super friendly and will remember your name. The only downside (which is not the hotel's fault) is it's situated on a road which has yet to have footpaths built, but it's so close to the heart of Canggu you're only walking on the road for a short period of time. I would 100% stay here again.

Nothing we can say we didn’t like. Hope they’ll keep the service quality same over the years. Just could be better if there was a gym.

We’ve stayed in many same category hotels in Bali, and we can easily say that it’s the best so far. Hotel is new, so rooms are bright and clean, towels-linens are new without stains, breakfast in restaurant is tasty, no insects inside of rooms, room service is good and staff are very helpfull. 10 mins walk to the beach where you can surf and the same to the restaurants/bars
