Chairs in restaurant very uncomfortable, worn out so one sitting almost on the floor, even me at 185 cm tall feel not comfy with so low chair. But good enough for us to stay there always..

IrelandFelt it was a bit noisy from Simpang Lima at night, especially at weekends when it could go on until 3 in the morning, but in retrospect, I should have been prepared for that considering the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare for the city centre. Couple of earplugs is all you need to deal with that, or some over the counter sleeping aid like melatonin that can be bought for around 20000IDR from any pharmacy (not to be taken as medical advice).
Stayed for 10 nights, outstanding customer service, make you feel valued and welcome at every interaction from the concierge, to the reception staff, to the service and maintenance staff. All trained to high standards and look genuinely happy at work, which tells a lot. We visit Semarang often and it was my first time staying at Ciputra... we will certainly stay here again.

IndonesiaThat will be the only thing I didn't like. The furniture is old and also lil bit broken here and there, this has to be renewed because it makes this great hotel looking old and not worthy. Also the carpet has to be renewed, and maybe bigger bins. Even when everything was cleaned, it doesn't look that good anymore, when that's renewed everything will be perfect.
First of all the staff, especially one employee, his name is Hada, he's always in good mood, friendly and respectful, he always has time to help and to inform, and has and open ear for my annoying questions 😂😂😂 he made my stay very comfortable, he gave me the feeling to have a friend in there and not to be alone. Because of him I'll always like to come there again. The breakfast was great. The location is great.

BelgiumEven the Ciputra bakery is the best in Semarang, 1 minus point, the bread on the breakfast was not fresh but from the day before. Specially the french bread was hard.

AustraliaYou should know that the reception desk tried to charge me 20% more than our agreed price. Then lowered it but denied it was pre booked by you guys. I insisted again that the rate is not was agreed and it was a full 10 minutes before they conceded the price agreed by Booking.com. Never seen anything like this - and from a famous hotel in Semarang!!!!
