The location was a bit out of the way - You have to take a grab everywhere and its not really possible to walk anywhere from the property.

Although serving good food, the kitchen of the onsite restaurant seems understaffed taking long to complete orders

It might be full house at that time but no one in pool area to guard nor to ask for pool towel. There were none at all. There was a phone to call to ask for the towels in case they are not available near the pool and got answered a couple of times that the towels will be delivered but no one came.

We're here for big family staycation. We booked 4 units with some 3 bed rooms units, studio and 2 bed rooms unit. The living room is spacious with big dining table so 17 of us were able to gather in 1 unit with the biggest living room. We appreciate no party policy from the hotel, it prevents noise from neighbour units.

Came back unexpectedly for a doctor appointment and just stayed the one night before flying to Thailand. There was a lovely welcome message in the room, wishing me a speedy recovery. So thoughtful. The view of the city was as awe inspiring as the first time, from the balcony, and the pillows were once again so fluffy and soft.

I was still being chased for advanced payment due to “high season”. After staying here a couple of times now, the Assistant Manager and I finally came to an agreement for our future stays. But other guests please beware that if you stay during high season like NYE, you’ll likely be asked for a deposit outside of the booking platform.

Nice newish apartment with great views of the city. Reasonably priced in a good location in south Jakarta.

The sofas and the dining chair were dusty and giving us itchy skin. We told the management about the issue and they resolve it right away by taking all the sofas and chairs to be deeply clean. After that, it does not give us itchy skin anymore. But unfortunately, our 3 month old baby got eczema which we suspect was from that, as later on we went to our paediatrician and it was confirmed it was an allergy from dust. It took our baby weeks to heal from the eczema :(

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, rooms, and also the service was excellent. We have some issue with the cleanliness of the sofas and dining chairs, and it was resolved right away by the management. I would say that their customer service was the highlight of the stay. Overall it was a very good stay.

No shopping or malls in the area but not a major issue. We were able to call for grab food or room service.

The room was superb. Clean and space was just nice. The amenities in the room was complete. The front desk officers were a great help. Friendly and respectful.

We had planned a swim in the pool but it was a little too cold for us. Lovely area though, the F Floor.

The welcome from the reception was kind, warm and efficient. I had asked for a high floor and a city view, first visit to Jakarta, and that is what my daughter and I got, without upgrading. It was marvellous out on the balcony watching the evening lights. The bedding was crisp, white and wonderful the pillows were great and they sent up more when we asked. Our flight was delayed the next morning so we had the entire morning there: the breakfast buffet was amazing. It was so good to have fresh green salad, chicken and veg soup, stir fry vegetables, chicken done traditionally, and poached egg as well. The avocado toast was disappointing though….sweet somehow. It was good to have cutlery, dishes, though we didn’t really use them except for the kettle to make our tea in the mugs.

The location is close to the center of Jakarta. Staffs are helpful. Nice building and new. Friendly for the kids, gym so great, pool is big n clean. Have mini mart close.

The swimming pool has no loungers in the shade. The location, though somewhat central, still needs a taxi to get around to all the attractions

Staff was very nice, pool was great, wifi was great all around. Staff at the restaurant at breakfast time went out of their way to cater to requests. Pizza hut close to it was great too!

Nothing. Minor issue, remember not to send any of the apartment cutlery back with room service, as you will get email for charges of missing cutlery. Was fixed straight away by staff.

It was a comfortable stay with large windows that offered a beautiful view of the sky. The kitchen area was well-equipped, allowing me to cook whenever I wanted. I also loved the modern amenities, such as the smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

While my overall experience was excellent, the location of the service could be considered slightly inconvenient. It took a bit longer to reach than I initially expected, and the surrounding area didn’t offer many immediate conveniences. However, this is the only drawback I encountered. Once I arrived, the service more than made up for the extra effort. The staff's dedication and professionalism created a positive atmosphere that made up for the location’s less-than-ideal aspects. If the location were more accessible, it would truly elevate the entire experience, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of the service provided.

I had an outstanding experience with the service staff, who provided exceptional assistance throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure my comfort. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns, and their professionalism was evident in every interaction. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, offering helpful suggestions without being intrusive. Their positive attitude and commitment to excellent service truly made my experience memorable. I felt valued and well taken care of, and I’m grateful for their attention to detail and care.

Most of all I like that the hotel has a shop inside the property and the restaurant is just perfect. Breakfasts were so tasty as well as after you could order great food. The location is good, the personnel is polite, and the cleaning was done perfectly. It would be great if the pool were warmer :)
