Multiple staff members were not helpful/friendly when asked about laundry services. There were some ant problems. Even though they came and sprayed the kitchen, there were multiple areas that had ant issues even after they sprayed. The chemical they used for the spray was very strong so I asked them to not continue spraying during my stay, especially since it didn't seem to work.

Great facilities and having self-service laundry was a plus. Nice views of the skyline from the room and fairly good location to Lotte Mall. Housekeeping kept everything clean.

The room is quite small yet modern. Wish the couch can be more comfy.

The location, the breakfast and the staffs were great. We had some issues in the beginning of our stay but it quickly being solved by the staffs.

reception was kind of small, and not enough room for a crowded after noon.

Location was perfect, in the center near malls and attractions, Room amenities, coffee and games at the ground floor. THe view you have on the city it's so nice.

Amazing location, rooms were modern, quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly. Great gym, laundry and pool facilities, perfect for families on mid to longer stays also.

There were a group of young men that were quite rowdy around the pool one day could have been controlled better. Also the rainfall one night was apocalyptic!

The view from the pool is fantastic in the morning and at sunset. Easy access by car to downtown. Staff very helpful and friendly on desk Free coffee station in lobby was excellent

It is rather small and therefore a bit overpriced. Breakfast is basic. It is not for long term stays.

It is great location where everything is close by and have all the benefits of apartment building and hotel as well. Also it is new so no signs of wearing and tearing. The appointment is basic but complete. Ideal for one or two nights because it is also close to toll road exits

Tv is outdated. I feel smart tvs are better option and the channels are mostly news. Not that i do not like use. I love them especially financial and business news but i cant be watching news the whole day right. Maybe smart tv has options to use netflix or trendy apps like crunchroll oand parental controls acct for kids. That will benefit idle times during the hotel . Maybe having access toapplications like youtube would be great to play some classical background music while i have dinner that will be soothing. Or even cooking i have some entertainment music.

I like that the hotel supports sustainability. As a person who agrees with UN upcoming trends to 2030 programme and its plans i feel we all should do our part in the world movement to sustain our earth.

My only concern is the parfum vaporizer in reception area. First it just too strong flowery smell, disturbing. Also very toxic.

Compfy bed, great pillow, kind reception, spacious one bed suite for two people. Only stayed the night no breakfast taken. Appreciate the free coffee mashine. Walking distance to Lotte Mall.

Location is right in the middle of Sudirman district despite the access roads being slightly narrow to traverse; it is a convenient base to reach other locations. The wifi was fast, shower was great and the breakfast had all the basic items for somebody who travels a lot

The washing machine in the apartment didn't do any justice to us. But it's ok, there's laundrette area(can get more information from the reception)

I like everything about this place. It's comfortable, especially travelling with young kids. It exceed my expectations. Staffs are friendly. Tight security which is good. Area located in CBD area. Travelling to the malls are also cheap due to the distance.
