The room is no windows because next to the pool and the bathroom is sleek when we're take a bath the shower water goes anywhere because of the tile .floors flat

ac dropped water , booked a twin bed but got king bed . bathroom stunk 100% of the time didn’t matter if we were in it or not . blanket was dirty, ac wasn’t working properly , staff didn’t greet us , no one helped with luggage,

Bathroom / shower facilities. Shower and toilet were in a plastic pod inside room which didn’t shut very easily and the sink was in the room. It’s fine if you have no need for privacy. This pod was also a bit mouldy on inside but obviously they’re trying to clean it. Also area around is mainly electronic shops, not much close to it in terms of eating etc.

- The restroom was not a room, was more like a capsule, similar to the bathrooms you have in trains. Since it’s such a tight space and the toilet and shower are together, it’s very unsanitary. - Not soundproof at all, you can hear everybody from their rooms or from the hallway - The staff, although plenty, was not very attentive (we went to eat at their restaurant twice and both times we had to grab our own menus, go and find them to tell them the order etc). Mr Ajung (I hope I got it right) was amazing though, but unfortunately we only met him once for breakfast.

The toilet and shower and combined which makes the floor quite slippery and can be a hazard. The walls are also very thin and everything can be heard.

Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, rooms have air conditioning. Rooms are a good size and very good value for money. Main lobby is very clean and great for photos.

I didn't like that the shower would flood the bathroom with water and staff had to me call to squeegee the water out of the bathroom. This is known to the staff and part of how the bathroom is designed. I wasn't able to login to my own Netflix account and wasn't able to add money to the GoPay account associated with the Netflix account in the room.

The location was good and the breakfast was really good for the traditional foods offered. The room was really modern and super clean. The staff was very attentive and patient especially with the language barrier.

They did not tell us before of on the day that they had to close the pool en gym because of repairs but we were already at the pool and that was also the reason we booked this hotel

There were no European item on the buffet table. The only downside of my stay was that the staff was hurracing to pay eveyrything in advance even though I paid the room up front. They cam after me to the taxi to pay for the breakfast when I clearly told them I have an appointmnet and I'll be back afterwards. They should have a lot more trust towards the guests.

We rented 2 rooms for our family, good, clean and comfortable, good WiFi. Excellent location, close to the airport in Denpassar and close to local markets. Staff were helpful and wonderful 😊.I nearly forgot...rooftop pool and bar...it was an enjoyable stay 👍

Never again… I booked this thinking it would be a nice relaxing end to my trip booking 2 separate rooms for me and a friend. Having made the booking almost 3 weeks in advance I selected both rooms to have double beds. Upon arrival we were told they didn’t have any rooms with double beds but instead only single beds. Not having any other options we reluctantly accepted - had this been the case we would have only booked the one room or booked elsewhere. They then proceeded to try and sell us the breakfast - thank god we didn’t accept. Don’t be deceived by the reception, or the outdated, well thought out pictures which make the rooms appear something they are not. The room was dirty, unhygienic - the en-suite may as well have been a porta-loo at a festival. The poor AC, putting the key in the lights for the TV to turn on and be plastered with hotel adverts. We needed a good sleep for our flight the following morning, only to be woken up by what only sounded like a construction site directly above our rooms, drilling, hammering at early hours of the morning. All of which had never been mentioned and would of course prompted us not to book the property.
