The sheets weren't very clean and in general room cleanliness wasn't great, dust, carpet wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Breakfast was okay for the price we paid. It could be more tastier. The coffee quality could be improved.

There we some small red ants around the room on the table and also on the bed which probably needs some improvement. Breakfast spread could be improved but given it's touch and go then no complains.

Superb location as its inside terminal building. Great for transit or early flights next day. Hotel is accessible to public as entrance is in arrival hall.

Location is fantastic, and its within reasonable and acceptable price range. Finding food is easy but must within working hour, the restaurant close at 9pm.

The Staffs are friendly, helped us to move our big luggage to our room, probably seen us are elderly. The location is just right inside arrival hall, which can also access easily by the lift from departure hall. The room is not very big, but its spacious enough for all necessity, n well equipped. Staying in the airport secured us from anxiety of transportation for boarding time.

There is a weird smell when just open shower but its ok. The soap provided was ok. Smoking room was quite a distance but its ok.

There was a stinky mothball in the bed sheets. The dinner option was pre-made meals only, and quite expensive fir what they were. Not an open restaurant to enjoy. We opted to eat in the airport.

Disappointed the shower area and basin(water choke).In the room should put mineral water for the welcoming guests.

Staff are friendly and professional. But the maintenance toilet and shower poor.Choke in the basin and shower room.Did feedback to the staff hopefully maintenance be improve.If book in family basis 2 or 3 room should be place near room.

Can only enter hotel via arrival hall. Not convenient . May need porter to show the way. The facilities , esp shower, is good for one night stay . Well thought out. However, the toilet has a funny smell.
