The pool wasn't cleaned often, so a lot of leaves and bugs would fall in. Also the pool is small and on the inside, so doesn't get much sun, we didn't use it. I asked about internet a few times because I had some important meetings - it wasn't good at all in the room. I had to take the calls from the reception.
The hotel is right on the main road and only about 12min walk from the port, which saves on you taking the horse cars. It was very clean, the room was very nicely organized and they welcome you with a drink when you arrive. The shower was also quite nice and you can refill your water bottle there, which is a good perk. They have their own sunbeds right at the beach which was nice too (not having to rent or pay anywhere else). They give you pool/beach towels if you ask.

The color blue, the staff very welcoming. Room are clean neat with many facilities such as TV with netflix and youtube. Pool in front of the room with kids area that not deep. Location is good between the harbour and turtle beach area.

The location and staff are great. The breakfast was good. The vibe of the hotel is quite nice. The WiFi is fast and the tv in the room was a smart tv which was great to watch Netflix before going to sleep.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Cose. It had everything we needed and the staff were fantastic, nothing was a bother. It is on the main beach, you can just walk across the road and you are on the beach where we could snorkel and we saw turtles right in front of the hotel.

Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff, breakfast pancake and French toast was amazing (to be paid, the hotel offers a discounted price for the guests), location (on the main street, 15 min walk from the port). The small pool was good enough to refresh after the outing. Praying sound didn't bother us so much.

The resort was quiet, our room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful - especially our concierge Arman. A special shout out to Nia, Fran, Indra, and Suta as well. But all staff made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend Cose to anyone travelling to Gili T.
