the place is really nice and calming and its close to everything, there is towels, toothbrush but you must bring your slipper with you, there is no fridge or heater but it worths the value, definitely I will come again highly recommended

I stayed in the higher floor room - I need to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. a mini fridge in the room would be much nicer.

A different experience of staying in Bali, to stay in a room made of wood and have an outdoorsy vibe, instead of staying in a hotel room building. I expect to meet quite a lot of bugs, but turns out i didn’t find any, whether it’s inside or outside the room — This is unexpectedly good! The facility is superb for a small cottage-like accommodation; it’s near somewhat a luxury hotel facility. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is quite remote from the street but not that far if you’d like to get some bit of Canggu’s crowd. I could definitely comeback if I come back to Canggu, Bali again.

Dadeka Villas suited our needs perfectly for our one-week trip to Bali. Our room was comfortable and felt authentic to the area. The area was very serene and the property was excellent value for money

Tha staff was there very randomly. Was able to get only warm water from the machine to drink, no other options,but there is a store near by. 3 out 4 pillows had awful stains. The staff was nice but was kinda weird that in the evening they would just hang in the pool with their friends and the second night they would have group of local friends over and had fun right in front of my room till 4 o'clock in the morning. Wasn't really clean and could smell mold.

One minor suggestion for improvement: the poolside chairs could benefit from some maintenance and some more utencils in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Our deluxe villa with two rooms and a kitchen was perfect - spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing there. A unique charm of this hotel is the abundance of friendly cats roaming the grounds, a delight for animal lovers like us! The staff were absolutely exceptional, going above and beyond to cater to our every need. Their helpfulness and kindness made our stay truly special. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near two mini marts (just a 5 minute walk) and various massage parlors, restaurants, and cafes (including Cafe de Mar, just a 5 minute bike ride away).

The lane to the property was full of enormous pot holes and mud puddles - not great for walking, especially at night. Unfortunately, the staff were nowhere to be found when we arrived, and were not very responsive. They also left the property at sunset and didn't return till mid morning, so there was no-one to ask if we needed anything. I'd prebooked a top floor bungalow, but that had not been noted by booking staff, so the room we got was hastily opened and had not been properly cleaned. The plumbing was faulty so the toilet was really noisy and the shower pressure was terrible. There was no fridge in the room (which I hadn't thought I needed to check, for the money we paid), so we couldn't keep our drinks cold. Overall, quite disappointing.

The location was just near where we needed to be, which is why we chose this place. It's located down a quiet lane, so it was peaceful. The pool was pretty from our balcony.

The driveway to the hotel was terrible. Very unhygienic, ceiling covered in mould, sink mouldy, sun beds mouldy, staff very lazy, you have to ask them to clean your room, one morning I asked at 8:30am didn’t clean my room until 4:30pm

One of my worst experiences in Bali! I often visit Bali for relaxation, but unfortunately, this time we booked a hotel for a month that was dirty and had terrible customer service! The staff didn’t clean, and at some point, they even blocked us on WhatsApp. As you can see from the photos, the hotel had water leaks, there was not hot water at all, a moldy sink, bad odors, and dirty bedsheets. I even found underwear from the previous guest under the bed. We agreed to do an early check-out because the conditions were absolutely unsuitable for a month, and now, days later, we are still fighting with the owner to get a refund for the unused portion of the stay, which they are refusing to return! Avoid this place!!

Don’t believe the positive reviews and photos! The first room we were given had no running water and the doors wouldn’t lock. They said there were no other rooms available, but when we asked for a refund we were magically moved to another room. In the new room, the sheets and towels had multiple stains and were dirty. There were gaps in both the balcony and front doors, leading to cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere inside the room. The stairs are very dangerous if you’re on the second floor. It’s not clean and there are no mirrors anywhere. You can hear all the noise from the street. The vinyl flooring is lifting up. There is black mould on the curtains and furniture. The aircon is temperamental and we were not given an aircon remote. The road is not accessible and is very dark. The common toilet was disgusting and the sink is leaking everywhere.

The staff were helpful with our luggage. The pool looked nice.

Not a very nice lane to walk down to the property (especially when it was raining). One of our charging ports didn’t work. The waterfall shower head didn’t work at all and the other shower head was very weak, which was disappointing. The WiFi also didn’t really work at all and as there was virtually no signal at the property, we would have to walk to a nearby cafe to use internet. The rooms also didn’t get cleaned during the time we were there.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at DADEKA Canggu, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible hospitality of the staff. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely go out of their way to make you feel at home. One of the most unique and heartwarming aspects of DADEKA Canggu is their love and care for the cats around the property. As a cat lover, this completely stole my heart! The staff not only ensure the cats are well-fed, but they also take care of their health by providing vaccinations and regular visits to the vet. It's so rare to find a place that truly values and respects the local animals, and this made my experience all the more special. The rooms are super nice—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make your stay relaxing. The price is unbelievably good for the quality and service you receive, making it a fantastic value for anyone visiting Canggu. What also makes DADEKA Canggu stand out is the community vibe. There are a couple of long-term residents staying here, and they’re some of the friendliest and kindest people I’ve met. They too share the staff's love for the cats and are actively involved in their care, from feeding them to ensuring they’re healthy and happy. Overall, DADEKA Canggu is a hidden gem. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, you’ll feel right at home in this warm and welcoming environment. If you’re an animal lover, this place will be even more special to you. location: the tiny alley leading to the entrance is muddy and sandy - was difficult for the car to come in especially since it was raining. room location - was assigned the last room on the lower floor, and there was no shelter but the reception provided umbrellas room: door cannot close fully despite being locked = mosquitos and insects flew in. room floor was grimy and dirty with skid marks on the floor. I could not walk with my bare feet as it was disgusting. toilet: had many scum marks in the shower. shower had low water pressure and didn't have hot water. sink was full of stains, toilet was rusty and disgusting. sheets had brown stains, air con was on but could barely feel anything. requested for a room change because of the lack of hot water and the staff needed some time to react. we had a facial appointment to get to, so we left and when we came back, we just bounced out. you couldn't give me money to stay in this place.
