We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was nice. Free airport shuttle got us to the airport in time for our early flight. Room was comfortable enough for a one night layover.

United KingdomThe room wasn’t very clean including the cups were dusty, toilet was a bit smelly and wasn’t very clean for standard 4 stars hotel. I guess the room had been empty for couple of days before we arrived. The towels were old and next day the staff forgot to put new towel, forgot to fill up empty tissue in the box and no extra toilet paper. No swimming pool. The price was affordable for 4 stars hotel and the location was really good. The staffs (2 ladies)on the reception when we checked out were really friendly.
