We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandUnfortunately, the property is really dated and the rooms are not connected internally so you have to go outside and the stairs to go up to the rooms which was not good for our son who is 3 years old. The facilities were also old and very dated.
The location of the villa is really nice and that it has four bedrooms. The staff and manager Intan is amazing, she's very onto it and helpful. They also let us in early even though they said they couldn't accommodate.

Everything! Property was clean and beautifully styled. Had everything we needed and the added extra of a security outside 24/7. The cleaners asked what time to come everyday to avoid disturbing our son’s nap time. All rooms connected to a smart tv and google home which opens the blinds by voice activation.

The location is perfect, near to shopping mall and local shops, restaurants, and cafes (especially the cafe in front of the villa “ The Claremont Social” they have an amazing breakfast). The number of beds was great to a big family or group of friends. The room services staff and the securities are friendly and professional.

Our stay was lovely, the rooms were generous size and very clean. The location was good, walking distance down the laneway to the main road where all the nightlife including La Fevola is located. Very friendly staff and security 24 hours outside the villa.
