Not so clean, dust and smelly room. More maintenance needed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is ok if you are travelling around and just need a bed in that area for a night or two. Bed is ok but the room wasnt really clean, bathroom was a smelly and toilet not really working. Sheets had holes and even if they were clean they didnt smell fresh. This place need more maintenance. Not really good value for money but there is not many places around to stay.

Very dirty floors and interior. The bedsheet was still full of hairs from the people who stayed here before. The staff changed the sheets when we asked.

I asked for extra towel, and they replied that one night one towel. Rooms are without windows and it made me hard to fall asleep because of the smell.

No warm water. I cought food poisoning on Bali and was at a point so weak that my body could no longer maintain body temp on its own, plus the cramps tore me apart. I was desperate for a hot shower but the best you get is not-ice-cold. Guests were smoking, partying and constantly yelling on the corridors at any time of day. No one cared, they were allowed. The staff should have shut them down. The pool was not heated and most of the time too dirty to use, although it is regularly chemically cleaned. The water in the shower didn't flush as fast as it accumulated - bathroom constantly swamped.

The room was held in good maintenance and cleaned well and fast upon request.

Many things. 1. It's dirty af. I don't think they clean the bathroom. No soap, no shampoo, the mirror, floor, shower are dirty. 2. There are holes on the bed & blanket sheets. 3. On top of the cupboard, there is a bunch of mouse shit. 4. I had to change the room bcs my window was broken. 5. The roof/ceiling is leaking. And we don't get any refund even though we paid cash in the beginning. Perfect.

The only thing I like is the location. Surrounded by much halal Street food and direct access to the main street.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I know the reviews are all bad, but a lot of the times it's people being too picky, but Unfortunately, all the reviews for this place are accurate, except I didn't get any bed bugs.

They try to trick you into doing what they want in bali, where it ends up costing you more, never listen to anyone from there . Do what you know because they will try to make you stay at a hotel where they will get commissions for you staying there. This hotel is cheap for a reason don't expect much.

Nothingthe staff qas the worst. I told him to refund me if he can not have me stay he didn't even look in my eyes. The restroom I used in the lobby was terrible, smelt very badly, and unclean.

I like the room and cozy, with the cheap price including pool just amazing. The locations very close with Dispenduk Gianyar walk distance only. And all facility arround the guesthouse. I am so satiesfied.

Wasn't clean at all. Dirty bathrooms, electrical outlets that don't work and are dangerously out... this establishment is deceptively classy, in addition to being quite badly located. To be avoided.

Because you use booking, they do not provide the water, but you can still buy it from them or there is a convenience store 3 mins from the hotel by foot which works until midnight

Great place for 1 night. I need to meet someone the next morning, so I decided to book this hotel. Nothing fancy, the bedding sheets have stains but still clean. Aircon works great

Cancelled my 3rd day stay and still to receive a refund

Only Lobby and reception was clean but otherwise Smelly rooms n linen,, pool was not cleaned so did not use it, the lighting of the pool as shown in picture does not match, I had booked deluxe room but ending up staying in the standard room for 2 days coz the AC was not working. No huge difference between standard and deluxe room not worth the price difference. I had better options of stay available at similar prices Star pizza a very good food joint five minutes from the property.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was none existent. The mirror, sink, toilet and floor were grimy and filthy. We didn’t expect much due to the price, but you should at least expect basic cleanliness as a minimum! The pool was very dirty, we did not use it due to this. We also noticed at check out that we were charged twice, the staff member in the wheelchair helped us resolve this.

The only thing we liked about our stay was the price and the Staff member in the wheelchair who was very friendly and helpful during our stay.
