Breakfast was not good enough and tasty. There were a hair inside my plate, I asked to changed but probably they just removed the hair and bring back in a minute.

Room and cleaning was good. Staff is so friendly, thanks to all of them. Especially fom staff.

Low water pressure and barely 2minutes of hot water.

We had a quiet room, far from the front street (01-08 numbers maybe), we slept so well! Bedding and pillows were great. Had the perfect balcony to have coffee and watch the sunrise beside the mountain. Breakfast was included at the restaurant next door, served a la carte not buffet which was great! Front Desk staff were always so accommodating and polite, stored our bags before check in and after check out Plenty of basement parking.

Very smooth check in. I was in my room in no time. The pool was great and there are always great food and drink specials around the pool or on the rooftop pool garden. The staff were very friendly and remembered my name. The food was very good.

Great price and location. Kids first time to Bali and staying in a hotel - they loved it & the included breakfast! Great to have the two bedrooms when travelling with kids, plus the kitchen/lounge space too.

The property was very quirky , room was comfortable, bed lovely to sleep in and aircon worked very well! Breakfasts were excellent, great array of choice. Swimming pool and did have roof top bar and spa . Staff were so accommodating, (it was my husbands birthday and I mentioned it in passing to reception, the room was decorated in balloons, towel art with a birthday card left on bed as well as cake in the fridge) and location was perfect , night life, restaurants, massage/spa on your doorstep situated between Mrs Sippy and Potato Head. Walking distance to beach.

The rooftop was under construction/maintenance, lots of construction materials around. The sliding door used to close either the shower or the toilet was weird, and didn't stay in place properly... once you closed it, it slowly slid back. However these details, I'd definitely come back.

We loved the style and ambience. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfy. Very clean. Lovely staff. Amazing breakfast.

Only inconvenience is 50L of hot water every 30 mins or so, but can work around it, other than that it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far on my adventures!

Such a fun ride this hotel is! The art is funny and funky, we loved the atmosphere soon as walked in the room with music and art style. Everything is practical, the access to cubicles, space for bags and supplementary extras like bathrobe, water and toothpaste. Attention to detail in the room is super good with targeted lights, and extras like funny writing on ceiling when you’re likely to look when in bed etc. It really puts you in a nice mood. There is a gym, spa, and a rooftop pool and bar.

Wonderful place to stay overall! Bright and cheerful vibes really set the tone for a positive experience. The rooms and amenities are ideal, however to fill the bathtub is a bit of mission. Apart from that I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing and always accommodating.
