Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainWater pressure on the shower wasn’t great, though there was a bathtub with good pressure, no big deal, and certainly the staff will have taken good care of it when you, reader, visit it.
Very well located in Ubud center, still nicely hidden, as its name implies, to offer a very tranquil environment. The pool and garden area is very cosy and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

AustraliaSome staff didn't have good English. You had to ask for water tea coffee each day they didn't automatically put them in your room. Breakfast was good but juices were very weak and not cold

IcelandThe breakfast was just ok. But there are a lot of places in the area in just a short walk away with nice selection of breakfast and coffee. The baby cot did not suit our baby since he is able to stand up and this was a cot only for babies that are not as active maybe from 0-6 months old.
It really is a hidden place! It is in the centre but in a quiet area so you wont hear anything. The outside area is really nice! We had a baby boy with us and we agreed that we would have enjoyed the facility and everything more as just a couple. It was nice with a baby but I would recommend families to be at a place a bit from the city centre, so it has not really something to do with the facility per se. All the staff was really nice and extremely helpful.

ColombiaThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful all the time, which is great since you need help from the locals to get around. The breakfast was good, with different options, and all really tasty! The only downside is that the Wi-Fi isn’t the best. :( But aside from that, it’s a great place to stay if you plan to explore Ubud.

PhilippinesNo water dispenser. Breakfast is soso. You gotta walk a long path just to get to the place! And there's a lot of same names in the area so double check your car bookings cause I pinned the wrong one so I had to walk with my luggages to the right place. Always check "hidden" at the name of the name.
I love the place itself, very peaceful! I love the pool. I love chillin there.

AustraliaI always have issues with pillows. Couldn't get comfortable. Bathroom needed to be cleaner. Slightly musty smell. Long walk to street, good for some, not for me. Be aware not wheelchair accessible and lots of steps. Several locations on same road with same name - check exact address for driver.
Very pretty garden setting. I loved the attention to the garden. Good vibes. Great pool, with lounge chairs Quiet and private. Balcony with beautiful garden and pool view, but not upstairs. Great location. Friendly staff.
