My TV didn’t work and the bathrooms were smelly and not very clean. They were clean enough, you can tell it’s cleaned often but the shower drain smells very bad and there were bugs everywhere

The slepping cubicle hadn't been cleaned properly and the shower rooms weren't recently cleaned.

Excellent place to spend an 8 hour layover with hot showers.

They need more bathrooms, I went to the toilet at 3am and all of the bathrooms (I think about 6 in total, all combined with showers) were busy and I had to wait a while. Bathrooms do get a bit messy after a while, but to be expected. I was surprised at how many pods yhetr were - more than 80 in the room I think. Surprisingly quiet, except for the lockers which make an annoyingly loud noise whenever they are opened - request a pod away from the lockers.

Obviously a great location, very comfy lockable pods and separate lockers for bags - any bags that don’t fit can be looked after at reception.

Sometimes very noisy at night because people arrive or leave the pods in the middle of the night and don't really care that others try to sleep. The price is quite expensive as couple, because both have to sleep in seperated pods althought they are big enough for 2 people.

It gets a bit noisy as travelers get in and out of their rooms. The showers looked different than advertised, you have to cross a hallway to get there and it’s moderately clean.

Very easy to check-in, the rooms itself are well-equipped with everything you need (charger points, some water, towel), there’s a locker for your bags, it’s very private and for me it was perfect to spend my long layover here!

The bathroom needs improvement. It was a bit dirty and there were some insects. Also run out of tissue. The position of clothes and towel hanger are too high and unreachable! Please fix those.

Female shower rooms have limited water flow at midnite. No hot water and cannot flush the toilet.

Good location albeit hard to find first. You need to go beyond Gate 5 then find escalator to 1st Floor. Plenty of restaurant around.

The toilets were very far from the pods and were also the airport toilets we think? They were also very dirty and smelly.

It was a bit difficult to find as there was no signage for it in the airport. Also bring earplugs because it’s a little noisy when people come in and out, which is all the time since people are flying. Also be sure you know which terminal you’re flying out of, because the hotel is in terminal 3, and my flight was out of terminal 2, which was difficult to get to early in the morning because the sky train doesn’t start until 6, and the airport is massive.
