SingaporeFabulous service from the moment we stepped into Hotel Dinara. Staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. Super efficient system of communicating with front desk via whatsapp - response was always prompt. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Aircon worked well. Breakfast selection was wide and delicious. Best coffee we have had in a hotel. The spa was lovely! Massage was fantastic, good strength and technique. Property was very leafy and well maintained. Location was quiet yet convenient. Huge value for money.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly attentive and happy to assist us. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The spa facilities were wonderful and reasonably priced. While the hotel was located a bit further from the Ubud center, they provided a complimentary shuttle service, and a Grab taxi ride took less than 10 minutes for around 50,000 IDR.

AustraliaBeds were softer than I’d prefer, but that’s personal preference. Rooms have a musty smell that was immediately noticeable, but they provide an oil burner with candles to combat this. It would be good to have some more shuttle times in the middle of the day coming back from the city centre.
There’s not really anything to not love about Dinara and we were truly spoilt there by other accommodation standards. Lush, peaceful surroundings that looked stunning day and night. Beautiful big rooms with lovely teak furniture. Big bathroom with a huge shower that had hot water, all but one night (luke warm) when they must have been running low on gas. Nice bathroom products available for use. The terrace with fan was so nice, I loved reading on the day bed. The pool area is super nice and will have to come back outside of rainy season to make better use. And the breakfast at Melali is top notch! Probably the best freshly cooked to order breakfast I’ve had in a hotel. In fact we ate many meals there both by the pool and on the restaurant. Staff were also super friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Will definitely be back!

The staff is incredible. Everyone was beyond serviceminded and attentive. They made our stay a breeze and made us feel at home. We even decided to stay two more days because we enjoyed the suite, our biiiiig bathtub and pool so much. The food at the restaurant is goood and if you want to try something else, there are a few local spots in close walking distance. A small but very cute detail: They provided cute good night stories for our kids (turn-down service) and remembered their names 🫶🏻 We will be back if we visit Ubud again.

The breakfast was very tasty and there was really a lot to choose from. We also had dinner at the hotel several times. The room is spacious and beautiful. It was a wonderful stay!

The interior design and the whole atmosphere was amazing, the staff was super professional and extremely nice, the breakfast was really food and location wise it was amazing as it was quiet yet close to the center. Everything was super clean and very convenient in general.

LithuaniaEven though air conditioning was cooling room well and it was quite but there is a mold smell in the room. Our friends asked to bring air purifier and the hotel provided it. I think it should be in every room. At the pool area there were not enough sunbeds. Drinks at the hotel restaurant was quite expensive.
The room was spacious and clean. You can ask room services to come and clean it by clicking a button on the wall. Our room was upgraded without any charges. SPA was lovely, good back massages. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of choices. They even have borscht!
