New ZealandDefinitely need a scooter or way of getting around (rent from in town as the scooters on offer at Diva are overpriced - same at every resort). Pool needed a good clean so we didn't get to use it much. Morning room clean doesn't include actually cleaning or new towels, just making the bed.
Very friendly and helpful staff, let us store our luggage before check in and gave helpful tips for places to visit. Clean and very comfortable beds. Lovely garden and has a rooftop terrace for relaxing. Pretty good restaurant with good prices. Bathroom has an extractor fan!

United KingdomAsked for an extra bed. Thought we paid for this on booking.com before arriving. Left hotel with money to pay for extra breakfast but not asked for extra bed fee. Now been chased for fee once we have left hotel and gone to another island!
Lovely, clean rooms. Nice pool, friendly welcoming staff. Arrived at 5pm and walked to The Kliff restaurant for sunset meal. Amazing, definitely recommend this restaurant.

LithuaniaThere were old stains on the sheets and dust in the corners. The bathroom really needs some deep cleaning (and it was constantly leaking). No hand soap provided. The TV didn't work. The room door felt not secure enough as there was a visible gap when it was locked.
I booked a room with a balcony and was very happy with the view I got! It was overlooking the pool, surounded by greenery and beautiful frangipanis ❤️ There was a glimpse of the sea and amazing sunset view! The hotel overall is pretty nice, but it feels like it needs better maintenance. The room amenities and cleanliness could definitely be improved. However, the staff was nice and always ready to help. WiFi worked quite well for me and it was a good place to do some work.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Gede! He always greeted me with a smile and made conversation! Other staff members were also very friendly and willing to help. Thank you! The pool area was really nice and relaxing with a good-sized pool to be able to swim. It was nice to have a restaurant onsite, as if you don't hire a car or scooter, it's a little difficult to get places.

The Staff was excellent !! especially Rijal.. very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the Food was surprisingly good , the Ayam Taliwang used the real kampung chicken , free range natural village chicken very well grilled , and the sauce was very good. Also the Lontong for breakfast with fresh nangka and good sambal was excellent. Found out owner if food focussed with restaurants Only Mee in Mataram and a Satay restaurant in Sydney Australia . Good simple ambient music in cafe
