The location is perfect. The rooms are big and clean.

I stayed upstairs this time, the shower sometimes had very low pressure. Due to rainy season the alleyways in that part of JL. Tamblingan were flooded particularly badly while I was there.

Have stayed here a few times now, the family and staff are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic, but spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable.

Big rains, poor drainage (the entire strip of road and the drive/walkway to Donahome, calf deep water to wade through to go anywhere. Just bring waders or water shoes. For real. Poor sink drainage as well, created very stinky bathroom.

The location was the best for walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The staff were also supremely kind.

The staff are really friendly and helpfull. Spacious room and have balconi. Near by the main street, very easy to find restaurant and coffee. Also, theres a gang that connects to the beach..

Staff smokes a lot. But that's everywhere in Bali.

Hmmmm not didn’t like, but could improve - the shower curtain & towels to be absorbent. Otherwise even if this isn’t changed would definitely stay again.

The bathroom could be better maintained. Water pressure was slow, basic amenities like hand towels and shampoo were not provided (there was however a small soap bar). Sheets were stained (but felt clean). A hair dryer and a drying rack would have been a nice addition.

Location was great, a short 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were a lot of spas, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

A centrally located hotel in Sanur. Easy walking distance to the beach, money changer, Supermarket and numerous restaurants. Perfect for budget conscious travellers. The owners are Sanur locals and fantastic people to deal with. Highly recommended !

The water pressure in the sink was very low but it wasn’t a big problem. The bed sheets were clean but there were orange stains on them (either fake tan or been washed with colours), it was obvious they were very clean so this wasn’t a bother for me but it may be for others.

Perfect location just a 5 min walk from the beach and close to good restaurants/bars/cafe Very comfortable and spacious room. Comfortable bed and a hot shower and a hair dryer was provided along with a kettle. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I struggled to find a print shop to print my Visa for travelling to Vietnam, the kind you do man on front desk arranged for someone to do it for me 🙏🏼 Room was cleaned with fresh towels and water provided every day. I would defo return again as it is great value for money.

Wish that property had a water dispenser, cause one can not drink tap water and one does not want to buy plastic bottles as well. water dispenser at the reception would be good improvement.

Welcoming peaceful entrance, away from the hulla-balloo of the high street. Comfortable clean rooms. (Very much enjoyed having a TV) The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful. Location also great, breakfast places everywhere. Little to fault it really.

The wifi was just not working. Even my email was struggling to load. I’m not sure if it was just the few days I was there or the location (Sanur in general didn’t seem to have great wifi) but yeah it was a big problem because I had to make a few calls. The shower also wasn’t the greatest, but good enough.

Looked like a hotel room! Bottles of water every day, excellent bed, balcony, table, and tv.
