Huts could do with a really good clean. And more handing space. Especially in the downstairs room. We stayed for 4 nights which is considerably longer than most people. It’s ideal for 2 nights in my view

I think the rooms need to be updated. They are small as stated by the square footage. I know some will disagree but maybe whitewash the walls and leave the ceiling and floors with the dark wood. It felt a little like a cave. Maybe have more places to hang your stuff in the room and bathroom. And this may have been booking.coms error or maybe mine but it was the first and only place that felt misleading by the pics and the description of what I thought I was going to be staying in. A deluxe hut on the sand. I see it says ocean view but I thought the family huts were not on the sand which is what I originally reserved then changed to two huts one deluxe hut which I thought was on the sand in front of beach like the picture shows.

Absolutely loved the location it was a 10 out of 10!!! The gardens were attractive and well taken care of. All cafe staff were awesome. The outside bathroom was pretty cool. The views from the cafe were fantastic along with the gorgeous sunsets. The food at the cafe was amazing with the grilled prawns being my favorite.

The service in the restaurant was a bit slow. More wait staff would have been better. No criticism of the staff themselves who were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The breakfast, which was not very varied at all for this type of accommodation, the cocktails and the food at the restaurant. The Warungs around offer much more flavoured food for a fraction of the price . We booked an ocean view hut. The hut itself was lovely but it is not quite the view we expected. If you really want an unobstructed ocean view, my advi e is to book a family hut. These are the only ones that are facing the ocean in full.

The infinity pools and sunset bar upstairs, the view from the pools and of course the open sky bathroom. The location was great too, close to some restaurants.

Beach is absolutely beautiful but be aware that it is dangerous to swim there. The property has two stunning pools though so we just swam in those overlooking the beach!

How it was open to the public and made it difficult for guests to get pool seating near the pool. The stairs to the outdoor bathroom were very steep and difficult to navigate in the middle of the night. The huts were small inside and not enough storage for suitcases.

It feels too much like a business operation that is missing the hospitality link across the different offerings. The staff appear under enormous pressure. Marketing, the report and the restaurant are not aligned and this is confusing. I was also not orientated around the property and only discovered areas of the space when we left. Missed opportunities here.
