Few little things as empty soaps in the bathroom, only 1 bottle of drinking water per day

Amazing place with a very nice staff! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect—you can walk everywhere, and it’s on a quiet street. The only downsides are the humidity (clothes and bed sheets always feel a bit damp) and the roosters next door that start crowing at 6 AM, making it hard to sleep :(

Just be prepared to not have hot water (the water is pretty warm naturally so no stress) and mainly you can’t flush toilet paper you have to put it in a bin

The towels do not absorb at all. Loud clanking all night, I believe from the koi fish area under my room. Although beautiful, needed earplugs for the clanking, disappointed to have to use them (although they didn’t silence the noise) since location is hidden from traffic sounds.

The location was great for walking everywhere with ease. The staff were beyond kind and helpful. Absolutely beautiful grounds, away from all traffic noise.

Very loud guests talking on their phones on the balconies rather than in their rooms make if not so quiet and tranquil as it could certainly be. Nationality? Russia or Ukraine I think.

Outside noise was very clear and loud. Roosters from next door do what they do. Loud tourists outside their rooms can easily be heard. Many guests were very generous with sharing their media and face time calls. I wish headphones were mandatory. Not a great place to be if there are children there as well.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. Shower and a/c worked very well.

Nothing screams out but the young guy that showed me my first floor room commented that as I was on my own and the room was a double he would be taking the second bottle of gratis water! Also he took the 2nd towel. This would have been ok had the towel not been thin and threadbare.

It’s an oasis in the centre of Ubud. The shower, air con and bed are great. The rooms are really bright and the pool inviting.

Couldn’t fault it

This property is in such a good location to get to anything by walking or getting a cheap grab each time. The staff here were amazing and let us stay in the same room after extending so we didn’t need to move everything. The room was super spacious and clean. The staff came in daily to clean and replenish toilet roll and water

The room could use a little love… fresh pain, fix some holes in the wall, remove the ring in the toilet, new towels. The puppies would leave little “presents” outside the bedroom door- which was a terrible way to start the day (if you stepped in it)

This property truly was “Hidden” and such a welcome treat. The rooms were beautiful, breakfast was great! The pool was clean and staff was kind.

Depending on target audience I can imagine it can be a bit when Gen Z is coming back from a trip party/barhopping but this wasn’t the case during our stay, slept like a king

Our main problem is the weak cooling and noisy sounds of the airconditioner in our room which made me uncomfortable since I am used to sleeping in a cold room. The attendant thought that the problem is just control but it turns out that it should have been checked and fixed by the maintenance guy. The attendant in booking is so helpful to us and luckily the problem was resolved in our last day. You also need to walk around 3-5 minutes from the road as the property is hidden maybe that’s why it is Dugul Hidden.

They replenish our water bottles for our entire stay with them. They have cute dogs in the property that would love to play with you.

The room has a strange smell if you left the bathroom door open, possibly from the AC drain pipe which ran into the shower.
