The location was absolutely beautiful! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Tami and the entire staff went above and beyond during our stay. Definitely pay to get breakfast included, it was delicious and a nice way to start our day. Our only regret is not staying longer

We already had high expectations based on the pictures but the resort has managed to exceed them in every aspect. Every little corner is beautifully designed and literally looks like straight out of a luxury travel catalogue. It was obvious that lots of effort and care is taken to continuously maintain and clean the property and the little touches like lighting the “candles” and little lights in the room, on the terrace, etc by nighttime, bringing the towels to the pool in 2 minutes whenever you arrived, and so on really made us feel very well looked after. Our booking included half board and the food was fantastic, hands down the best food we had all over Indonesia. We also had massages and they were also amazing. The staff is really nice and go out of their way to accommodate your every wishes.

The food was good - especially the corn fritters, the nasi Goreng and banana fritters- but not marvellous and always rather tepid. Heating the plates would help retain heat as it’s transported from the kitchens. Gin and tonics by the fire were delicious!

Gloriously landscaped high quality resort with beautiful views, and remarkably attentive staff who work as a team.

Found it a good place to recharge, spent many hours around the lovely pool watching the sun go down. The staff is absolutely brilliant. Spa treatments were good. Really an overall lovely experiance.

Heaven! This resort is 10 out of 10! Location, Design, Service, Food, Wellness - everything! We are traveling a lot and have seen beautiful places but these 2 days in Bali will stay in our memories as a unique experience.

I got bitten on my feet by ants a lot while eating at a restaurant. There were a lot of ants on the table where the coffee machine was placed in the room. The bathroom floor was very slippery when taking a shower. I think the check-out time is too early. I think around 11 a.m. would be appropriate, but 10 a.m. was too busy. The food was good for the most part, but on the second evening the restaurant was so crowded that it took a very long time for the food to come out and I wasn't able to finish my meal until late at night. The burger meat and fries were overcooked and hard. Even though I was going to the pool and sitting in front of the bonfire to watch the sunset, the staff kept asking me if I needed a drink, which made me feel uncomfortable because I felt like they were forcing me to order a drink. I am not allowed to drink or eat anything I have prepared separately anywhere other than my room. Only drinks or food ordered at the hotel can be enjoyed outside of the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but their kindness was a bit overwhelming for someone who wanted to rest quietly. I had to meet them everywhere and say hello, and even when I was sitting on the terrace of my room, quietly drinking coffee and relaxing, they kept saying hello, so I felt like my rest was being interrupted. But they served me well enough.

I liked the well-maintained garden, clean swimming pool, and clean rooms. The staff were really friendly.

I believe this is one of best stays in Bali, such a beautiful place, amazing desing of the rooms - and you can find there anything you need which was amazing. The staff is extremely lovely, nice and can organise anything for you - they work very hard to make customers satisfied. I loved the idea with texting any requests through whats app, and everything was always dealt with super fast. Also the garden WOW, such a beautiful place, they take care of it so much, everyday i saw someone maintaning plants etc. And the views are amazing. <3

The dinner package was great (we didn’t expect that you can choose every day all the different dishes from the a la carte menu of the nice restaurant.…great!). The view on Mt. Agung was breathtaking, and the reasonably priced tours showed us the real Bali without the crowds. We rent 3 days electric bicycles to go around a fun way to explore the nice area. The room was comfy with nice extras, and a big thanks to the lovely staff the went above and beyond. We highly recommend this resort for a memorable Bali trip don’t forget to get a a real Balinese massage they were the best on the island!

So many things to love about this place. It was so relaxing and such a highlight of our trip. We began the day by waking up to views of Mt Agung. The restaurant was amazing. We spent every afternoon by the pool sipping on cocktails. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Most importantly, the staff go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for you. Would highly recommend this place if you visit East Bali.

The price/quality of the restaurant food and drinks is very mediocre. The cocktails are not that good (Tequila Sunrise didn't even have the "sunrise" organge part, it was one color only) and we had much better at hotels that were 1/3rd of the price in Bali. For instance, the fruit juice was very watery, not the blended fruit juice you get everywhere in Bali for a fraction of the price. The pineapple juice I had was water with some bitter pineapple, couldn't finish it. The food is overpriced for what you get: it is of average quality, but 1.5x to 2x the price of a good meal in other touristy places such as Ubud or Sanur. It's basically European, not Bali prices. We were very disappointed by this. There are very few alternative food options in the area. There is almost no taxi/Grab available, and the area is unsafe to walk at night (lots of stray dogs). The massages were so expensive that we didn't even consider them for a second, while we had planned to get a massage here. It seems you pay a fair price for the hotel, but once there, the management tries to maximise their return by overpriced services. This is not the staff's fault, they are amazing; but rather the fault of the management.

This place is healing to the soul. We arrived early and were greeted with a cool face towel and a welcome mocktail. Then we could check in early. Fantastic start. The villa itself is stunning. Very inspiring place to stay in. Beautiful balcony/patio with view of the swimming pool and volcano. The infinity pool was fantastic, and because it is a new hotel, it was nearly a private pool during our stay. Clean, nice, and warm water even at night. The staff is always there if you need something and very accommodating. We were there for our honeymoon, and they decorated our bed and breakfast table with flowers and a "Happy honeymoon" message, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing, quite diverse and tasty.

Everything about this resort is exceptional: the location, the villas, the facilities, the food and mostly the service/staff. The staff are so lovely and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome, comfortable and are enjoying your stay. The food in the restaurant is fantastic and the staff accommodated my dietary requirements with ease. If you seek peace, serenity and the ultimate relaxing break in breathtaking surroundings, this is the place to go!

The whole hotel is amazing. It is like a lil oasis in the east of Bali. And the staff is soooooo amazing, helpful, caring and always so kind. I definetly will come back here. The lodges are also so beautiful and modern and I wish my appartement at home would be like this. I absolutly recommend to stay here. Suksma. 🫡😊

Only thing I didn’t like was that it was two hours away from the airport and I didn’t know that when I booked it.

I love the breakfast that I got. The floating water breakfast. I also really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. Also, the location is two hours away from the airport but it’s close to some major attractions so that was a plus.

I could not find a single fault - amazing experience.

What an incredible find in the middle of Karangasem! This is truly one of the most stunning, tranquil destinations in Bali. Really comfortable beds, your own stylish, fully air-conditioned cottage with 5-star luxury furnishings and amenities, overlooking Mt Agung and paddy fields. Peace and serenity broken only by the sound of birds and cicadas at night! Very well-trained, smiling, friendly staff and a delicious dinner. Also, sunset with the best cinnamon-smoked Negroni on the island! Breakfast was another triumph, complete with restorative Jamus and homemade preserves. I can't wait to come back to this little slice of paradise!!
