The ye property is so clean and the staff are just amazing. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area is also well kept. When coming back you’re always greeted with a warm “welcome back home”, awesome. The staff were so kind, they prepared and packed a breakfast for us when we were checking out. Great experience. The property is close to the beach and a lot of good restaurants and cafes.

Loved everything about this property! The vibe and atmosphere was awesome the moment we walked in. Perfect pool and bar area to relax during the day and the rooms were fully air conned and very clean. Super central location and the property had incredible breakfast. They were among flexible with floating breakfast . As we already had breakfast included in our room Package so we told them we are happy to pay extra for floating breakfast but then when that happens does it mean that we can have both floating breakfast and normal breakfast as well as it was included in our package . To our disappointment they said no which to me didn’t make sense as we had already paid for breakfast with room and for floating breakfast we were paying extra which meant we could have both . So I would say they need a bit of understanding and have to be little flexible with their approach when dealing with guest

All the staff are so amazing! The reception, cleaning staff, kitchen and maintenance were all amazing thank you! They made our stay so comfortable and helped us any time we needed anything. The breakfast is delicious and the service is impeccable. Location is great not too far away from anything but also not too busy, you can sometimes hear the road at times though. We ordered a massage from the hotel which was great. We got a pool room which was great. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for Canggu. Thank you to all the staff you made our stay in Canggu.

The staff at Ecozy were second to none! They went above and beyond throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were such friendly faces to return home to. Bred was so kind and cheerful and really made our stay feel special. Great location - walkable to beach and lots of restaurants. Warm pool. Delish a la carte breakfast!

Great location and very friendly staff. Bret (hope i remember the name correctly) was absolutely amazing - great in communication and over the moon helpful with what ever we needed (and we needed a lot of things). Really made our experience fantastic. The location is convenient and the pool is nice. We have not tried the food but looked good.

There is nothing not to like

If I could give the staff a rating of 12 I would. The motto of Ecozy is “ a home away from home” and definitely they mastered that. The staff made us feel welcome everyday and took care of us as welcomed friends. Thank you, you all made our stay so amazing I have no words.

Everything! This hotel and its staff are just simply amazing! I have health problems that make it challenging for me to sleep on hard mattresses, and they accommodated, adding as many duvets as required to soften the bed for me. Also, I encountered many problems during my stay (my passports needed to be retrieved from another town, which they helped with, I got really sick, they called the doctors for me, they checked on me regularly to make sure I was getting better, they made special meals for me to help my recovery, they helped me to not get ripped off by a taxi driver) and everytime the team was here to help me, which is truly rare and unbelievable. Like Bred told me the first day, it was my “home away from home”, my Bali family.

Ecozy is such a great place to stay. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants, beach, clubs etc., but also far enough away to get some peace and quiet from the chaos of Canggu. The staff are amazing and s friendly. The food is also very good and the breakfasts very generous. My wife and I had the villa with our own private plunge pool which was so nice to relax and enjoy. The main pool area is also very nice. All in all great value, great service, very clean and safe.
