It’s a bit far off the Main Street (about 25 minutes walk) but there are still plenty restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It‘s really quiet as you are a little bit away from the street. Don’t get ripped off by taxis, you can get airport transfer for 30-50k :)

The location is a little bit out of the centre but it's still walkable and if you decide to rent a scooter or motorcycle then this will not be an issue.

The room was very clean, the bed, pillows, and linen were very comfortable, the WiFi was stable and reliable enough to do video calls. We arrived really early because we came by ferry and were allowed to check in at 630am for a fee of 50k IDR.

Door is a bit thin, you can hear people talking in the hallway and entrance since all rooms are on the 1st floor. Complimentary breakfast (bread) is first come first served as they only provide around 10 bread per day.

There’s no window toward outside and the insulation not very good so if anyone make noise outside can be easily heard. The breakfast has room for improvement

Slight confusion with our room type upon check in but wasn't a big issue as Jonny did his best to make things right

Modern, clean accom with hot water showers, free WiFi and comfy beds. Free water refills, coffee and tea as well as bread and fruit in the morning! Staff are friendly and nice - thanks Jonny and Dino! Location isn't on the main strip so it's a lot more peaceful and local.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Even though there was unlimited tea, coffee, and water, breakfast was some snake fruit and packed roti (prepacked sweet bread rolls), not very filling. It was okay, but not really what I hoped for in terms of value for money.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also really liked the shower, which was hot and had good water pressure. Enough space in the closet and on the desk. Close to the main street by scooter, approximately 8 minutes, or a 30 minute walk.

The hotel is quite far, so you'll need transportation to go downtown. We did experience loud noises from water refilling in the first room in the morning, but the staff was quick to accommodate us by moving us to a quieter room.

This is a nice hotel with solid rooms and bathrooms, featuring good AC and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Drinking water, tea, and coffee are available at the reception, along with free fruit, snacks, and desserts. The staff happily moved us to a different room to address some noise issues.

The staff was very unhelpful. They wouldn't respond to any request including changing the towels or bedsheets. The bedsheets were stinky from the very beginning. I asked them to change it. They said okay and never did. The next day I asked to change the towels. Again the same response, again they said okay, but in the end the towels weren't changed as well. The room is overall very dark. There was a window which for some reason would open to the hallway of the building resulting in no light or air circulation.

Great new establishment. Clean, comfortable, close to the airport, but not so close to the main Street (about 20 min walk). We rented a scooter, so it was very easy, like 5min away. You can rent a scooter on site. WE stayed here twice during our trip to Flores.

Gear new guesthouse. Clean, close to the airport and a short walk to the center street or even shorter with a scooter that can be rented from the reception. Quiet. AC. We stayed here twice and we would come back again.
