We enjoyed everything.

The room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. The bed was huge and very very comfortable! The hotel staff were very helpful, especially when my husband was sick with an ear infection and they assisted us with organising a doctor on two occasions. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast selection was very extensive, definitely something for everyone. Central to everything in Ubud.

A minor inconvenience with our electric bike (max speed: 25kmph) breaking down at the monkey forest however they were quick enough to come there in a few minutes and replace the battery to address the issue.

The location of the resort (close to all prime spots in Ubud), just a 10-15 mins ride away. Excellent buffet breakfast with so much to eat and try with variety of options at their restaurant, extremely courteous and helpful staff, hospitality and service was top notch! We also received a daily credit of 200,000 per day for us to use any of their services (food, drinks, electric scooter etc) which was very useful as we are in the restaurant a couple of times basically free. Rooms are big enough with nice cozy balcony and they were kind enough to decorate the bed on our anniversary with rose petals. Highly recommended!

Gym is awful. Get a room away from the elevators and pantry rooms which are noisy.

Food was phenomenal. Breakfast buffet on par with Dubai standards. Evening meal amazing! Pool is very beautiful. Customer service excellent overall.

As it's a little way out of Ubud, was sometimes a 20minute wait for a taxi

Great hotel, clean with fewer bugs than many other hotels around Ubud. Wide range of breakfast options with staff being really helpful for any special requests. Would stay here again!

I did like everything.

It was well located, clean, had all facilities needed and staff was really helpfully, friendly and would always go an extra mile to help their guests in all areas starting from the reception, restaurant, pool area, cleaning staff, porters every single person.

Better shuttle service to city center

Though the hotel was away from the city center, we had a wonderful stay there. Excellent behaviour of the staff, lovely breakfast and a very spacious room bowled us over.

Nothing, it was all good.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. Perfect serving for tranquillity and the shuttle into Ubud centre was perfect. We travelled at a family of 6 ages ranged from 18 to 75, hotel catered for everyone. Close this hotel if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to travel to everything in or near ubud. Hotel staff were amazing, tentative and nothing was too much for them. Would stay again.
