The pool is very cold. It would be better to warm the pool, especially for kids. We could not swim even on sunny days.

At breakfast is very crowded and to maintain order the staff can act a bit stricter against the guests who want to sit at tables that are already taken.

The hotel is a little outside the center and provides shuttle service to Ubud center every 2 hours. Since it is a standard hotel concept, you are exposed to a lot of noise. You are likely to experience a lot of sound problems, especially because of some families with children or disrespectful people. For a calm and quiet Bali dream, a more locally authentic villa can be preferred. because after paying so much, you think you deserve at least a quiet balinese holiday.

All praises go to the staff 👏🏻 the hotel is very nice, clean and the employees are incredibly friendly. When we talked to the hotel chef for halal food options, they said that chicken and meat are halal, and they cook pork separately in different pans. this is really a great opportunity for ubud. because there is not much halal food available in ubud

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Well worth the money, a very reasonable rate, I got what I paid for and more. The floating breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, the staff was very nice. I have no complaints about my experience.

Location; if you want to be at the heart of Ubud, this hotel may not be for you. But, if you want to on the quiet side of the area, then this hotel location would be perfect

Great value hotel in Ubud. Has all the modern hotel facilities that you may need. Staffs are very helpful, especially when they attend to my lost and found after checking out.

the hotel was lovely and quiet. great for families. the staff were amazing with the children and there were plenty for them to do. we did the sunset walk around the local rice fields that was a highlight. daily run shuttle to Ubud centre was also a bonus.

Good and hygienic rooms. The Hotel is places near the ubud market and monkey forest. Breakfast has limited veg / vegan options. Spa is short staffed, hence could not avail services.
