The hotel was a bit hard to find and the sign posting could be improved. Not specific to the hotel but there were extremely many flies around in the whole area.

The staff diahayu and her team were extremely friendly and super helpful and fast for any needs that we had. It made our stay so much more enjoyable.

A Hidden Gem with Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality from all the staff and Ayu. I talked with the owner a bit as well and eat a warm and kind guy. I had an incredible stay at Enjung Segara House in Batur! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm Balinese hospitality that made me feel right at home. The location is absolutely breathtaking—nestled near Mount Batur, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. And the warm pool was truly amazing and made the evening so much more special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and serene atmosphere was truly refreshing. The peaceful ambiance made it the perfect retreat away from the busy tourist areas. What made my experience even more special was the kindness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from delicious local meals to helpful recommendations for exploring the area.

Nothing I didn't like except the difficulty to book a grab out of town when leaving. The hosts offered to help us but we figured it out eventually.

My buddy and I stayed here just one night as we wanted to do the sunrise hike on Mount Batur early in the morning without driving from Ubud or another far destination. Ayu was super welcoming and a great host helping line us up with our guide Nyoman who picked us up right from the compound and lead us up the mountain for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was also perfect and the view was amazing of the lake and other mountain!

The access towards the parking area is kind of tricky, since it’s a bit steep, but the staff helped to guide us perfectly, and we could park well.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice! She helped to guide us through the entrance which was kind of tricky, and throughout the stay, she’s been very helpful when we have any questions. The bathroom is clean and the water is very warm. Moreover there’s a hot pool just outside the cabins, facing the lake. It’s really clean as well. We’d like to visit again if we’re back in Bali

3 very cute cottages which are simply equipped but you have everything you need. It is a really good stay for 1 or 2 nights if you want to hike the Mt. Batur. Ketut and his team are amazing. They make you feel like home. Ketut helped me to organise a guide for the Mt. Batur Sunrise tour and he was amazing. Yoman (Guide) spoke engl. very well and even though he is a little older he is very fit and showed us nice places and was taking care of us. Please ask for him if you will stay here. Everyone takes care of the property very nicely and is always very helpful. Thank you for a great stay

The property and facilities were up to my standard and very clean. The one thing I'd mention (for awareness and this is beyond the owners control) is there are many flies around because there is lots of farming in the region.

The staff were very accommodating! I could have breakfast (included) and dinner (not included but very reasonably priced) and the times of my choice. The food was great and filling. The bed was very big and comfortable. There was housekeeping everyday to freshen up the room which I really appreciated. The shower was probably my favorite part! The view is breathtaking.

Kintamani area has lots of flies due to it being a farming area. Plenty of construction work going on nearby the property but not too much of an issue as we we out during the day.

Mt Batur sunrise trek was superb. Highly recommend Noyomansukra as a trekking guide who was very knowledgeable and personalised the trek around my needs. Picked up from accommodation and great photography skills as well. If you want an awesome guide Noyomansukra is your man. Trek is a must if you are coming to Kintamani! Toyo Devasya Hotsprings were excellent and spent a whole day there as it is an oasis. Lakeside views were awesome. Accommodation hosts were great and nothing was an issue for them. Pool with lake and mountain views was immaculate and the gardens were relaxing.

The host is very gracious, he welcomed us and showed us the facility. His staff cooked lovely local dishes for breakfast and dinner and they even dropped us to the hot springs free of charge. There is a new heated pool and it looks like they are building a spa as well. The host is also a mountain guide for Mt Batur so he can take you up there for the sunset. He is also a school teacher at the local school so he can speak good English. This accommodation is an excellent affordable option.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. The view of the lake was amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and help out in any way they can. They organised a local tour guide, Nyoman to assist us in climbing Mount Batur with our three children. He gave us a wonderful experience. He took care of us during the entire hike and showed us amazing places. Throughout the hike, our guide took great care to ensure the well-being of our group, especially the children. He attentively guided them through the uneven terrain, offering assistance whenever needed. His attentiveness, warmth and dedication to the group created a sense of trust and camaraderie, enhancing the overall hiking experience. We would highly recommend both the hotel and guide Nyoman.

The view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Always with a big smile and open for a fun conversation. We also had the privilege to meet the owner with who we had a great talk. He shared his future plans for the hotel which sound amazing. Furthermore, he suggested a local tour guide to climb Mount Batur. The guide (Nyoman) was just great. He gave us a breathtaking day. It was difficult to find on google maps. I suggest to put a big sign. The road to the property was pretty rough and driveway extremely steep.

The shower in the bathroom was beautiful! And the view of the lake was very special, with nice area to sit and relax looking over. The banana pancake was yummy.

Everything was perfect ! The location est wonderful near the lake, the tiny house is lovely and the staff is so kind and nice !! Ps: the owner of the place is very kind and helpful, he woke up for me at 3am to bring me to the trekking point as I didn’t have any transportation to go there.

I like the style of the room, it called "Lumbung" (its a place to save your crop/rice) The bed is comfy and the sheet is so soft. The garden is so green, there is planty of variaty kind of plan. Its near the lake, with cloudy hills view. Its like in the fairytale. And the staff are very nice, helpfull, and friendly

The staff, environment, and facilities were exceptional. They actually do have continuous running hot (not warm) water - something very rare in Indonesia. The room was super clean and neat. The bathroom was exquisite. It's a peaceful area with very calm surroundings. The view of Batur lake and mountain is picturesque! They also have nice places to sit and hang out with your people. A very nice lawn to chill and for kids to play. It's about a 15minute walk from the Toya Devasya hot springs area. The staff went out of their way to prepare a vegetarian meal for me for breakfast. The owner was sooo accommodating, kind and helpful.🙏🏻 He can easily connect you with guides, trips or rides in the area. I'd definitely recommend this place to people looking for a calm and peaceful breakaway. (Please, loud and noisy foreigners - respect the serene and environment. They also have quiet hours 😉)
