Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very close everything, but still very very quiet with amazing staff. Wawan and team are great ! Would have stayed longer if I could . Second time I’ve stayed here as well .

The only thing I would change is adding water bottles an maybe even some coffee/tea packets to the rooms because unless you bring a water bottle from outside you have no source of water while you’re in the hotel.
It’s exactly as pictured and the best value for many location we stayed at in Bali. The staff were so helpful! Cleanliness was on point and they cleaned our rooms each time we left.

Very little.
Hard to beat when in Pererenan. Great staff, great location, facilities were super comfortable and close to all the great eateries. What’s not to like!

Such a great value place to stay in Pererenan with clean, comfortable rooms & really friendly staff. Located close to the beach and so many great cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

The room is slightly old. But it is clean, so I think it is ok!

Euforia guest house is a great stay in Canggu! The location is great, just a few minutes from the black sand Pererenan Beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafés, shops and spas. The staff at the guest house are amazing, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and you are made to feel like part of the family. Thank you to the whole team :)

The Location is convenient and close to the beach, rooms are clean and the staff made me feel welcome and were always there when I had any question or inquiry.

The bathroom has little space to put your stuff, and there is no air dryer, but aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.
The EUFORIA Guest House is everything but Euforia; it's a quiet little hotel in a not-busy area, conveniently located near the Honey Coffee for a great breakfast and the Tribal coworking for work. The staff are friendly and pending everything. It was a lovely, quiet stay. One thing, though, is that the bathroom has little space to put your stuff, and there is no air dryer, but aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.

the bed linen and towels have many stains. This doesn't make a nice impression, especially on the bed linen, even if it has been washed.
Everything you need for a nice stay in the center of Pererenan. Very friendly staff.

Very good location, close to Pererenan Beach and spas too. Clean and comfortable. All facilities are great and available. The host is very hospitable and helpful too. I even got to check-in a couple of hours before check-in time. Good for the price.

The tv in our room didn't work, we visited during very bad weather so it would have been good to have the option to watch TV in the room.

The place was clean and the front desk was really helpful with our questions as it was our first time in Bali :) Great cafes and restaurants in the same street as the hotel. Getting to Canggu is easily accessible as it is 10 minutes away by motorbike and 30 mins by car.

This is really not the property’s fault, but there’s a lot of millipedes due to the rainy monsoon season. So I saw 3-4 of them in my room. Just ask the staff to remove them and you’re good!
It’s really convenient, and accessible. You can see many tourists walking up and down the street, so you’ll feel safe as well. There’s only two floors, so you’ll get their undivided attention if you need anything. The staff are amazing though. I asked one of the staff if he could recommend any spicy local food, and he described to me the location before giving me a free ride to the place. Truly an amazing staff. Because of him I’m considering to book this place again!

The staff was very welcoming, happy, attentive and very helpful. Loved staying at Euforia they really make you feel very welcomed. Location is great, many amazing restaurants and coffees around, the beach is walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head design—it made it difficult to avoid getting my hair wet. Other than that, everything was great!
I had an amazing stay at Euforia Guest House! The hotel was exactly like the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Its strategic location made it super convenient to explore the area. Best of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Bed was not comfortable but normal for this price range
The staff is incredible - friendly and helpful. The room is clean and filled with natural sunlight. The view from the second floor is fantastic. The place is peaceful, with no construction noise to disrupt your stay.
