CanadaThe whole stay dont have wifi connection. Which they lacked to communicate before we check in. The owner tried her best to arrange with provider, however it was chinese newyear holiday and majority of techs dont have work. Wifi is very much needed for me as i am working while travelling.
It was huge and can accomodate my whole family. Staff are awesome and facilitate the check in and out so easy.

AustraliaThe shower in the share bathroom often gets flooded. There is only one access key for 4 adults, which is very inconvenient for individuals to do activities outside of the room. Be warned to keep an eye on the electricity credit as on our first night, it almost ran out.
The location is very good, and the host (Jane) she is very helpful.

I like the pool, the playground and the jogging track. It really feels like home. Quite spacious, great amenities.

New ZealandApartment was well appointed however there are a couple of minor touches that I have found in other apartments that would have been welcome. Tea & coffee sachets would have been a very welcome addition, more so than snacks. Apartment is very nice and spacious but is starting to show age a little, front foor jams a bit, there is also a full grease trap or sump under the sink, - to be fair Indonesia's climate is hard on buildings, so visitors need to make allowance for that.
Host was very responsive and friendly, quick to address any questions or issues. View was good, space was good, beds comfortable and AC worked well. Host left a snack basket. Cleanliness was good throughout, though dining table not particularly.

GermanyThe WiFi in the apartment doesn‘t work well, so I would recommend you to use your own mobile data; the network reception was fine in the apartment.
The Apartment was pretty, neat, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable enough and the view from the 21st floor was also nice. We have everything we need in the apartment. The mall is also within walking distance. Very friendly host and we were able to check in earlier and check out a bit later without any additional charge.

SingaporeRm 2108. Sharing negative of the apartment. 1. Wash machine sounds loud during spinning. 2. Water dispenser noisy during boiling. 3. Cooking utilities rice cooker, fry pan surface damaged with lot of scratches. Safety concern. 4. Floor tiles when walked on create cracking sound as if it is going to crack. 5. Master room 2 pictures facing bed would be good to relocate. 6. Living room AC remote display is fading unable to view well. Require replacement. Sharing positive of the apartment. 1. All bed rooms bed was good comfortable, it would be good for pillow replacement. 2. Microwave was good keeps good warm. 3. Fridge was good keeps soft drinks cool. 4. Glass tables x 2 good. 5. Television set good. 6. Sofa large and require replacement. 7 . We enjoyed the swimming pool & gym were fabulously great. 8. Great view from living room, two bed rooms of Surabaya. Ending my feedback here.
Fri 28 Feb 2025. Upon arrival at lobby. We were greeted by friendly Team members of the property with greetings & great smiles & helpful with our luggage’s. Mon 3 Mar 2025. After we had checked out. We noticed we had left 2pcs of our luggage plastic protector which prevent our luggage from getting scratched during flight. I reached out to Jane is extremely helpful with my request to assist checked with room attendant if there was the said items left in master bed room closet. Receiving good news from Jane item remained in closet and they had retrieved and placed aside for me to collect next week. Jane and team are a great asset to the property and deserves a good salary raised and a good bonus to be considered. It will motivate the team to continually contribute and go above and beyond to make guest an unforgettable memory which they had just did to a guest like me. Kindly disseminate my message to Jane and team. Great job to Jane & Team.

SingaporeMaster bedroom should have 2 additional pillows. Pillows are too soft and uncomfortable to sleep. The shower water in both bathrooms keep seeping from shower to floor making the floor wet all the time . Even the towels cannot absorb the water. The master bedrrom flooring is broken on one side near the cupboard making it inconvenient to walk the floor. One of the sofa is spolit. The spring is coming spoilt making it uncommfortable to sit. Pl maintain the property like Ascott do before renting out again. I have stayed in Ascott Pakuwon and can make the comparison. Unless you upkeep the property, i will not recommend to anyone
