Please review your water quality since the water from faucet and shower feels so sticky

Cocktails could do with a look at very weak Very small thing was not knowing bacon was available we just happen to see other people eating it . :: Did let the manager know this when we were leaving that they should put up a little sign & he agreed. Thanked us for letting him know . You have to ask for it. Alot of breakfast is non western . I did find the waffles, pan cakes & pastries very dry .

It would of been lovely if the bar area had lounge chairs to sit more comfortably. The room had only 1 chair on the room terrace. It needs two.

We had to change rooms due to a sewer smell which could not be located, second room was ok but daily cleaning was at best ok. The language barrier was very difficult and at times frustrating as orders would be incorrect.

The price was very reasonable and staff were very lovely and friendly

The location was well out of the way so very time you set out you will require transport.

The staff where all very accommodating and where all lovely and very friendly going out of their way to help in any way possible. The facilities were great too.

The water draining away from the shower I kept flooding the bathroom ,reception was notified but I think a big problem

Pool facing / Court yard facing could be noisier than the other rooms.

Even though the place was in a quieter setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, it was accessible to the busy areas. The staff were exceptional, always smiling and ready to help out, no matter how busy they were. A special mention to waitress Nope, Deksri, Chicha, and Melin who went over and beyond to be of assistance to us. Amazing staff.

The rooms are not sound proof. It is a bit far to walk to nice restaurants and cafes.

Hotel location is next to sewage. Make sure the room doesn't open to the sewage side. There is no smart TV. But had local channels.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Kettle is metallic so can boil water. Buffet breakfast is also good. They had some Indian options too. Pool is relatively small but still good. Got a small gym and a table tennis outside. 20 mins walking distance to beach Bathroom was nice & clean.

I cannot complain - we knew what facilities available when we booked, that these were limited. The location could have been better, but it was within walking distance to main areas, so it suited us just fine.

The staff were incredible. Friendly, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast was good and the staff there went out of their way to make our breakfasts more special.

At the end of my stay there was confusion over unpaid bills, when I paid everything and signed as I went. There was no getting to the bottom of it so I just had to foot the bill. So make sure you keep all your receipts or keep checking reception everything is up to date. On departure I left my bikini top in our room, when I realised I notified my family that were still conveniently there to go and ask reception to collect it from room and they were told it wasn’t there. My guess is the cleaners chucked it in the bin, but it was my fault I should of triple checked the room. Location was also out of the way and not ideal for walking distance

Great location and very friendly staff….”location is handy to markets, shopping and restaurants….and just a IDR 50,000 (NZD5) blue bird taxi ride and you’re in Kuta for buzzing nightlife as required or to enjoy a sunset beer on the beach at one of the friendly beach bars.
