The restaurant and reception are at the front of hotel so it’s amazing to sit and have your meals in lush surroundings and still be close to street to see people enjoying life. To access rooms you stroll past the beautiful pools. Stayed there every time in Bali. Love it!!

AustraliaThe deluxe room shower screen wouldn’t open it was broken. Had to fix the day after I left. That room really small. Set breakfast you should bring back buffet breakfast. Couldn’t book in for spa centre always booked out by people from other hotels had to go to Carla spa and it closes too early but it’s amazing when you get there

We are 3 adults travelling together and we had the family room. Breakfast was not included but at $6.au was definitely value for money, both pools are lovely and lots of pool beds to use.

AustraliaThe shower head in our room kept falling off the wall either due to the water pressure (tap turned on too full) or when the pressure was perfect and you turned it off the shower head would fall into the tub.
Great location. Have been here for several Spa days which have been amazing. Would highly recommend it for families and couple. Make sure you book in for one of their Spa Packages, they are awesome. Shri gave me the best massage, scrub, mini facial etc.
