Driver greeted me & transferred to hotel immediately. Staff on arrival polite & helpful. Junior suite very comfortable & spacious. Great exercise facilities. Gym, pool, sauna , steam. Hotel facility is really good, I’m impressed with the pools with 3 different water (hot, cold and warm). Room is clean and quite spacious for the price. It will be good to be more rational on the food pricing and to provide easier process for check in, however apart from that we’re happy for the price we paid.

Easy transfer from the airport, and very easy to organise the return transfer the next day. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel bar was great for a beer & some food after a long travel to Jakarta.

Some furniture has seen better days, and the property is a bit lifeless at times - but you can‘t really complain about that given the price. The neighbourhood of the Hotel is a little dodgy, so I would not leave the hotel on foot.

Good Value for Money when needing a stay close to the Airport. Breakfast is amazing (although pricy, very much worth it). The ammenities are on a 4 Star standart, there is a convenient airport shuttle, and the staff was good.

The only downside is that there’s not much to explore within walking distance, as the location is quite far from the main city attractions.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We have been backpacking for 2 months so far and this was quite over budget for us, but we needed a hotel near the airport for a couple of days. Bottom line - it is absolutely worth every penny! Great gym and pool, super nice and helpful staff, easy transfers to and from the airport, spotlessly clean rooms with a comfy bed and AMAZING shower! Didn’t eat here as it was a bit too pricey for us, but food looked good. If we ever have to come through Jakarta again, we will be back!

I stayed there twice in January 25. So I've written a long review for my 1st stay. Basically I loved my stay there. The only practical thing I wish to add is that you can pay extra (sth like 350k IDR) for a late checkout until 6 p.m. Which is a great value if you fly late in the evening.
