Everything! From the moment I arrived I was taken care of, even receiving an early check in without needing to ask. The staff were exceptional, the room was amazing and the pools were perfect. Particularly enjoyed happy hours at the pool bar on the roof. I will not stay anywhere else in Kuta, I can’t wait to come back!

The squeaky ladder getting out of pool - room 106 Music at front bar in evenings. Better vibe needed ? 👍😊 The way they made their Pina Colada needs improvement- but 2 young staff members watched our video and made them exactly how they supposed to be 👏👍 I think one of the young boys name Yoga - you were very good thank you 🙏

The lagoon pool is wonderful, and for me being able to smoke on the balcony , a bonus ***** The breakfast was nice , having your eggs bought to you when they are ready after ordering is a real treat , the staff are all exceptionally polite , and are very attentive to the needs of all their guests , no matter where you go to for help within the hotel you are treated with respect, kindness and greeted with a smile. We required certain aides / and a change of room at one point for PWD and this was provided with no question, no hassles , no charge. We were treated beautifully, and being two women from another country we also felt very safe there. Thank you from Nicole & Michelle - WA & QLD AUST

We have been here 4 times! First time after covid it needed some work but everytime we have come back we have seen a massive improvement! Great staff very friendly and a great breakfast! Can not fault it !

All of the Construction noise was very annoying. Out of the 17 day stay it was going for at least 15. Not the relaxing atmosphere we usually have. I think the work could have been spread out over weeks. When you only have limited time in a hotel you do not want that noise constantly.i know quite a few other people who stayed at the same time as us were upset as well.

The pool access rooms are the best, pool was sparkling clean, all staff so very friendly.

Only problem was that there must have been some construction going on as it was a little noisy at night with banging noises. Not really your problem though 😊

The bedroom is clean, unfortunately the bathtub is too high and there is no handle, it is slippery so it is not safe for the elderly.

There was nothing I didn't like about our stay here. We will certainly be back for our next holiday.

The staff were all so amazing. Friendly, happy, accommodating. We like the location as it was central to so many places. The hotel facilities were great, very clean and tidy.

I was booked at the other Sheraton hotel but they could not transfer my booking with them so I had to make a new one. It was late at night already and we were exhausted. The other Sheraton could also not take into consideration that I am staying with the same hotel chain and would not refund me :(

The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants but tucked enough away from it. It overlooks a small rice paddy that made use of the empty space between the hotel and next building.
