In our room only thing missing were drawers. A must to improve on and had to turn shower head around so not too much water out of shower base into bathroom. A spa near pool area would be nice.

Had to get our shower fixed but that staff were fast at repairing it. The mi goreng on the menu is made from a packet and not authentic.

The shower was dirty. No face flannels on the first day. Room wasn't service till day 2. We got two small towels on the second night that couldn't fit around my husband's waist. Towels felt like sandpaper and stained. Disappointing about the quality of cleaness of the room.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and the main road where there is lots to do. Helpful and welcoming staff. We didn’t have any problems with our hotel room, was clean and spacious. Lots of storage space. Breakfast was great, with lots of options from continental buffet, local dishes as well as made to order cooked breakfasts. The hotel was nice a quiet, couldn’t hear loud music/noice from the nearby busy roads.

I I came to Turkey and I couldn't find anything to eat for breakfast. The bed linen in the room was very old and had stains. So were the towels. I think it should be completely renewed because even if it is cleaned, it will not come out. Also employees took care of cleanliness.

I loved the staff and thank them all. Especially the staff named Febri, Diah, Hary, Fredrik and receptionist Cherish working in the restaurant where we had dinner were very interested and found solutions to every problem. Thank you very much to them. I think they should be rewarded. Thank you for your interest during your stay.

The food was pretty bad. Tasteless and blend. We weren’t upset when we were charged an additional $50 Singapore dollars due to conversion. We settled for $705 SGD upon booking and upon reaching, we paid $755.

It’s pretty close to Batu Belig beach - connects to various clubs and eateries like Potato head through a shortcut.

Gym too small, couldn’t turn aircon lower than 19. The beds started to feel little damp after couple of days so had to open the door to let the sun come in.

Swimming pool was not good.

Stuff was perfect, if you want to be close to center it is one of best option but if you want to stay hotel and use swimming pool, i cant say swimming pool is good. Room was good and clean.

The shower drains need upgrading.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Laundry services were prompt and the location was convenient! I loved the bar and pool area.
