Access with was virtually impossible with my disabled back climbing 30 flights of stairs’ 1 staff at counter trying to check in 20 people at the same time , food was very limited and service poor “

Architecture is weird. I booked room with view and I had to stay in a room facing the wall. They ask from me more money to upgrade my room but it was already paid.

Great location, off the main street, pretty quiet. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars and clubs. I chose to stay in Seminyak as it's not as busy as Canggu, however getting to Canggu is very easy. Grab or Gojek will get you there in 15 minutes and if you decide to go South to Uluwatu or Nusa Dua, way more convenient. Staff are super friendly and assist you with anything. Breakfast is great and roof top restaurant for your next date. Swimming pool and bar with nice music. I'm a returning customer as it meets my needs.

Pool closes at 6pm. Never heard any hotel closing it so early. This should change in my opinion. Atleast keep it open till the sunset

Was disappointed that the roof top bar and cafe was closed and under renovation as that was what appealed to me with this property before making the booking

Very central location in Bali. The suite room was superb and the hotel kindly sent birthday wishes, decorations and cake to my husband who was celebrating his 65th birthday. The staff were all very polite and helpful
