The elevators!!.. when we were there the hotel was in full occupancy. Only 2 elevators serving the whole building.. we have to wait for quite long just to go down. Not a good experience though

The temperature of the room is quite hot during the afternoon. We have put the AC in the minimum temperature, but it is still not cold enough

Like the bed in the room is so comfortable, the staffs are all soo friendly and helpful especially mas Fadil at the reception and the technician who helped my daughters room when the electricity went out at midnite.

The lift can be quite slow and the buttons are not very sensitive, not a big issue.

The breakfast spread was good; staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Puji who remembered that I ordered peppermint tea the day before and asked if I want it again. He also suggested that I takeaway my next day breakfast because I have to catch a train at 730am; 4 water bottles were provided instead of the usual two and they are in glass bottle, less plastics; there are too many things that I’m happy about,I would come back again

The gym could be improved, poor ventilation and could be modernized. The bathroom shower system is dated, and could be refurbished.

The breakfast arrangement was great, and the staff very attentive and friendly at all times. Fantastic central location would good access to all local attractions and easy access to the toll road entry and exit points. Nice big spacious: Classic King Room

Everything! This is an exceptional place to stay in Bandung! The service is impeccable and second to none! Bu Winni, Niwan and the entire team are all about ensuring customer satisfaction! Chef Feisal also went above and beyond preparing a surprise Balinese dish for my wife! A work of art and extremely delicious! The property itself is a beautiful Dutch colonial building in a prime location. Thank you so much Four Points Bandung for the memorable stay! We will be back!

Location is not on walking distance from the historical centre of Bandung (Braga Street etc). Transportation is easy to order from the hotel (bluebird). Elevators can be slow during peak hours, esp. when conferences & weddings are on in the week(ends).

Very friendly & professional staff throughout the hotel, esp. the team in the breakfast & dining room and the reception desk. Rooms are clean & spacious, no street noise around the hotel. Quality of the food and breakfast is very good, lots of choices in the morning. Nice pool and gym accessible from 2nd floor.
