Staffs were friendly and professional. They made check-in and check-out processed went very smooth and quick. The rooms are clean, new, and I loved the water pressure in the bathroom.

SwitzerlandCan be improved: WiFi stability and coverage: very poor, with multiple dead zones and frequent crashes. Rating: 3/10 Music atmosphere in beach club: The frequent rap music was in my opinion not suitable for a restaurant atmosphere since I imagine it would be difficult to talk with friends and family (I was alone most of the time, so i cant 100% judge correctly). Softer beach house beats would be better. Rating: 4/10 Spa music: The music was sometimes too busy, even featuring soft beats at one point, which in my opinion is not suitable for a spa. A lot of the music also featured a relaxing guitar sound which wasn't bad but also wasn't super relaxing. Rating: 5/10 Payment with debit card: Having to pay at the spot instead of billing everything on a debit tab was a bit annoying sometimes. I know its possible if one pays the hotel with a credit card but paying with debit didn't allow this. Allowing an open bill for debit card payers for the entire stay would be more customer-friendly. Rating: 5/10 Pool area staffing: Sometimes understaffed during the day, making it difficult to place an order. Rating: 5/10
Food options / morning Büffet: A wide variety of delicious and fresh options to start the day. Rating: 9/10 Staff friendliness: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. Rating: 10/10 Room: The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated. Rating: 9/10 Cleanliness: The hotel and rooms were impeccably clean. Rating: 10/10 Prices for food / massage: Fair and reasonable prices for the quality offered. Rating: 8/10 Response to an issue: When the aircon broke, a team promptly repaired it within minutes. AustraliaStaff were friendly and helpful. We had a great dinner at Rempuh Kitchen and enjoyed drinks at the Beach Club. Dicky made a great espresso martini in Ararinda Lounge. We had a massage at the spa and would recommend it. The pool great for relaxing in the day. The bed was comfortable, rooms were great especially loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

Location - it is on beach front - which is great. Water sports offered close by. Also near Lagoi Bay Lake - which is a lovely lake which we walked around but very hot any time of day. Room was perfectly kept. Pool could do with some maintenance and was always warm...maybe a little too warm. Restaurant was very slow - took an hour to get our evening meal - which is way too long. Did offer a fruit platter after complaining. Air con was great in room. Staff were so friendly and went over backwards to ensure everything was OK...which it was. Near Lagoi Plaza - which is almost a ghost town. There is really on the Yeah Mart (which has basic stocks), the Warung Yeah cafe - which is cheap and great food, Mama B coffee (best coffee ever and fruit tarts) and a gelato shop. One seafood restaurant and few food stalls which appear only to open on weekend. So basically nothing to do other than organise a tour or chill out. Breakfast had a great range - asian and western foods.

United KingdomCollected from the ferry terminal on a courtesy bus, saw some wild monkeys on the short drive to the hotel complex. We were met by the team of smiling hotel staff and offered a welcome drink and traditional cake. Dian who checked us in (and checked us out when we departed) was excellent. The staff were so helpful – they could not do enough for us, the General Manager introduced himself and talked us through the hotel amenities and surrounding area. The place was amazing, more people should experience this spectacular resort – we went early July 2024, it had only been opened since about Feb 2024, and one block was still being completed (not construction work, just internals – tiling, wiring etc). Breakfast was fantastic, we’ve had plenty of breakfast buffets in 5* hotels, but this was on another level. Walk along the beach towards the watersports and the Lagoi Bay sign and you will find a couple of small shops, but there’s really no reason to leave the complex unless you’ve booked an excursion.

SingaporeBreakfast was just ok for me. Not much of protein source for me except the eggs and chicken meat. I find the chicken not tender enough. Probably of the way it was prepared and left there for a while.
I like the gym. It is spacious and the weights range is good for me. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The best part is the complimentary pick up from ferry terminal to hotel and vice versa.

Good room with sufficient towels and accessories for the beach. Lagoi Plaza (which was largely deserted) is 250 meter walk. But there are two good local eateries on the way.

Singapore1. For meals at the Lagoi Beach Club, do ask how long it takes to prepare the orders in advance. I waited more than 40mins for the Poulet, while my partner got her her steamed seabass within 10mins. Feedback was given to the staff and they accepted it graciously. Notably, even before us giving the feedback, a fruit platter was given FOC to us for customer recovery. For (much) cheaper local meal options, just walk along the beach for 5mins to Warung Yeah! 2. Swimming pool needs to be cleared diligently of dead leaves at the bottom of the pool. Pool umbrellas should be installed to protect guests and their belongings from the elements Since the hotel is relatively new, guests really need to manage their expectations including but not limited to the ongoing works and various teething issues.
1. Attentive service: we booked thru Booking.com and the hotel contacted us to ask for our ferry details to arrange for the transfer service. Transfer service was quick (tip: get your drinks at the ferry terminal as the convenience store near the hotel is some distance away) 2. Room service was efficient (<30mins wait) at 4pm and 2pm during the 2x when we ordered lunch. I recommend the Nasi Goreng - the rice is is savoury, although the chicken was quite dry. We called to get more bottles if mineral water and they were efficiently delivered too 3. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not for the fussy. They have pancakes, popcorn and ice cream for the kids. Black coffee was surprisingly good! The service manager also went around asking guests for their feedback on their stay - this was really thoughtful 4. Massage at the Spa was the highlight of our trip. The room was spacious and the masseurs excellent! Do remember to bring the 20% discount vouchers issued to you at the point of check-in!

AustraliaOur only criticism was that there could have been umbrellas or outdoor under cover spaces by the pool so that when it rained you could stay dry.
Our experience at four points was exceptional! The staff were so lovely and accomodating. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing and enjoyable. The lagoi plaza next door made it easy to access anything we needed too. The water sports operated by Bintan resorts on the beach were great too. Couldn’t recommend more!

SwitzerlandThe swimming pool near the beach club should have a warning that it changes in depth. It can be dangerous for children. Also, there should be a net or some protection for under the bridge at the same pool. Someone might try to swim under and get injured. Staff should also come to guests once they arrive at the bar table to give menus and take orders. There should also be a better cooling system in the commom areas. It was very hot while waiting for our transport to ferry port.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and tastefully decorated. The hotel staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful. The room and bed are comfortable. The food served at Beach Club is varied and delicious. The staff at Spa Services are very welcoming. There are still areas under construction. However, it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely return.

SingaporeThere is a private resort next to the hotel. Due to this we cannot walk along the beach to the other side. It would be nice, if there is a boutique in the hotel.
The service is top and the staff is very friendly. The pool and the architecture are very good. We think the location is perfect as there is an ATM machine and eateries nearby. The beach is empty and nice. There is also a public beach nearby.
